@uhuher This cat belongs to my neighbor - but I do have a Ragdoll in the same color pattern. Yes, all my cats try to eat their fur. Bizarro.

My cat smells the fur, then tries to eat it. :(

My cat used to do that as well. I think because they are inclined to clean their fur and then that is their fur altogether and probably smells strongly of their scent because it's been agitated by the combing.
