I see here black flower. We have red one and it is sign from Toyoda Sensei (Aikido) from his Family. Is this black sign somehow connected?

The flower in the question (family crest) is not a family crest of Mr. Toyota alone. There are a lot of families who are using other this flowers (family crest).

It is Shamon of the UETSUKIHACHIMAN Shinto shrine to be reflected by this image.
