  • Stew can find ways to make AIR heavy! Semper Fi

  • wow i tryed this workout weights 5lb wow hard shit at first but the more you do it the better i can carry 10lb that max for me

  • Thanks Stew :)

  • I've been doing these for a couple of weeks, now up to 8 pound weights. Great workout. Thanks so much.

  • This workout is crazy. my friend tried to do it with 8lb weights and couldn't finish. I was smoked after it.

  • Thanks for the post. Read your article on your webpage. Looking forward on what you have to say about strengthening your knees and preventing injury.

  • Great video!! Keep them coming.(not that I'm telling a former Navy SEAL what to do or anything.)

  • Killed my arms After the first two days doing it. But I see my improvement and muscle buld up . Thanks for the this light work out

  • The shoulder's a complicated joint, and this works it completely. I wish there was something for the hip joint - also a joint that moves in many directions.

  • Should these be done in addition to heavy military presses, or can these take the place of heavy military presses?

  • I'm 6'2 275 lbs (trying to lose that excess baggage for the Marines or Navy) but the point is i'm a big guy. I max over a 350 lbs bench for reps, I do my Military press for 235x5 and I squat way over 400. Imagine the surprise of my friends watching, just coming into the gym, to see my sweat drenched shirt and me grunting like a demon using a 5 lbs dumbbell. I made it through that. Then I get to the air portion. I get to 7 on the MP. I'm about to die and they are too...from laughing so hard.

  • @TheLargeE94 lol, you just made my day :D good luck with your training bro

  • This is great. I learned a couple new exercises. Thanks!

  • Same as the guy below - but my weakest point is the rear delts (as you point out).

Thanks for the upload, I'm going to try it literally as soon as this comment is finished typing!

  • Thanks so much for this. I have naturally broad shoulders, but they're the weakest, least muscular part of my body, so I have difficulty with heavy dumbbells. I'll try blasting my shoulders with these too. I want cannonball delts!
