The two pieces dont appear to line up on the top face, you would think if promoting this product the workmanship would be spot on. Dont like to be negative but dont like buying stuff that is not as advertised either.

Great system, but needs more stability for more accuracy.
I use a home made router guide as yours, but my router is working on a large base.
