It is one of the sillier aspects of San Francisco--I'm not sure if it's because people think they're so sophisticated; or because they're afraid of offending someone (you might as well kill yourself if you're afraid of offending someone in this town--EVERYONE gets offended at everything) but the Christmas decorations are pathetic. This tree looks better in real life, but given the wealth of the City, and retail's dependence on Christmas sales, you'd think the City would do better.
