  • what wit the pick????

  • Joe has been playing guitar from the time he was 4 payed his dues though HARD work, is up with the GREATS of rock so have the rest of this band.

Glenn and Joe are a match made for rock play with passion you can see it there faces.

  • Ritchie Blackmore he aint...why cant "new" gtr players make their own way? You wanna bring back rock & roll? Stop playin other peoples shit & bring your own......Glenn Hughes, however, is the real deal........

  • saw Joe at the Albert Hall when I was living in the UK and then got to see him with his British mates in Indianapolis . Good Times indeed . thanks for uploading !

  • There's Joe BaggaDonuts, Joe Badd and Joe Bonamassa. This Joe is THE Joe Guitar God Bonamassa. Whatever he does, he does better than anybody. Can't wait to see him in Denver 4/24/12 at the Paramount Theater.

  • Briish Rock Rulez

  • Perfect solo.

  • The Fact that joe "held back" in the solo or didnt melt your face away is because he is THE BEST this isnt joe bonamassa its BCC and this song didnt need a 10minute mind blowing solo from joe alot of times music is about what you arent playing any real musician knows that if you wanna see 10minute solos go see joe bonamassa not BCC Plus nobody that has made a comment could play half as good as that solo anyway haha especially me

  • Glenn Hughes swoją partię śpiewa normalnie jak w latach '70!

a cały zespół naprawdę fantastycznie to zagrał! :)

  • Wish Joe hadn't held back SO much on the solo, although he does do an uncanny impression of Blackmore's "sounds like whammy bar but it's not" vibrato for a moment. The band sounds tremendous.

  • When you listen to the old masters, then you will hear, that Bonamassa is a good copy of them all - sometimes he sounds like Hendrix, sometimes like Page, there are parts from B.B., in his Song "Pain and sorrow" you have a good example for that. Partwise it´s Hendrix, partwise Page and even you can hear parts sounding like Uli Jon Roth´s "Earthquake". His Cds are full of covers and also his own songs don´t really sound like himself. For BCC the most songs are written by Hughes.

  • All great players playing rock the way it's meant to be played--like they mean it.

  • Fucking hard core. One of the best concerts I've ever seen, the one in DC. Brutal, maybe the furthest I've traveled for a show.. This shit is lacking in today's bands...balls and technique and melody...slamming drums. These guys should re-issue Machine Head...or eclipse that record. Love Joe's work.

  • like in former times with the initial Deep Purple - Suuuuuper

  • Glen Hughes Voice sent shivers down my spine

  • I love Joe Bonamassa! My opinion, JB's the best guitar player today :)

  • @gypsygenie1 yes JB sure is . Jeff Beck

  • Awesome rendition.

  • Never judge anyone from a youtube video. Ive seen BONAMASSA 5X and he is the realdeal!!! He can play with anyone.....Clapton and Warren Haynes both say he's the best! Thats good enuff 4 me!!!

  • @TheJimbobremer

I too have seeing Joe since he 1st came to UK and was playing in front of less than 100 people and every year since. He is a very, very good guitar player, no doubt, but certainly not the best, irrespective of what criteria you use to define 'the best'.

Incidentally, I have never seen such a quote from Clapton - would be great if you could post a link to back it up.

  • i don't know what everybody talking about. this is a great band. just listen to this. don't like this one? leave.

  • Soulshine, I have seen Joe 10x. He IS a guitar god. There is no way around it. I have been 1ft. from him at least 5x and absolutely blows me away. It is not apparent here. Oh, and I have seen them all.

  • Even Clapton thinks Bonamassa is "one of the best guitar players I've ever heard" That's God talking!

  • this band has great members, Jason is great of course! But... what´s that guitarist?? damned... three and a half percent of Ritchie Blackmore...

and "what an Epic guitar tone"... this is a Les Paul. They always sound like this if you can play or not doesn´t matter.... puh

Killed the riff and killed the solo...

but... let them make some money...

  • @Picato75 Seriously if you'd were to say that in my face, I'd smack you. You will accept Bonamassa as the guitar god that he is, and bow down to him as if he'd be Jesus himself. Not that i'm religious but it's a nice comparisson.

  • @Joostieboy

I´ve no idea what smack means, so I´ll take it as a compliment :)

and... guitar gods is a different league. sure he can play standard guitar things and is talented, but guitar god??

Satriani, Vai, Blackmore, Buckethead, Malmsteen... ah... and Monte Montgomery (hope you know some of them) these are guitar gods...

let me think... I won´t bow down to him :D

Bonamassa plays standard blues crap like thousands others...

  • @Picato75 I know every guitar player you just listed, I didn't see Shawn Lane, Guthrie Govan nor Petrucci but what the hell. Joe Bonamassa is on a whole new level regarding blues. He breaks and redefines bluesrock. And btw, a 'smack' is when I give you a slap in the face.

  • @Joostieboy

well, I could guess what smack means :D

of course J. Petrucci needs be mentioned and many others, too. I mean, in the end it´s all a matter of taste. But guys like Blackmore, Petrucci or Gallagher impress me like a John Bonham impresses me on the drums or a Mike Portnoy. Those impress me a lot, but Bonamassa... he plays guitar - maybe he defines blues in different/new style, nevertheless I just see him as a good guitarist, but NOT a guitar god and in one league with those others..

  • @Picato75 Try youtubing for Blues Deluxe Joe Bonamassa

  • @Picato75 I hope you dont play guitar . And if you do , i hope i never hear you play

  • @RisingSon011

    bad news man :-)

I play guitar a little bit, but I wouldn´t kill this song that much like it´s done here...

but don´t worry you won´t ever hear me play :-)

  • @Picato75 seriously man if you dont like Bonamassa or any blues stuff why watch? stick to your soulless shredder assholes like Malmsteen and Buckethead. you shredders are so fucking closed minded. guitar is not all about technical prowess its about haveing fun playing music and most of all for those "real" players like Clapton and Bonamassa its the soul they put into playing. Santana Hendrix SRV its all about soul.

  • @Soulshine59

I didn´t says that I don´t like blues stuff, i just said that Bonamassa is not a guitar god!

And personally... I don´t like Malmsteen or shredders at all. And Buckethead?? You should listen to some stuff before calling him a shredder, ok? And "you shredders..." I personally have no interest in shredding´and I´m surely not closed minded. I also like guitarists like SRV or Rory Gallagher, etc.. But again - there we are talking from a different league! That´s all what I´m saying.

  • That is an epic guitar tone

  • Glenn Hughes and Joe Bonamassa at 2:50

    awesome!

  • \m/ BURN \m/

  • fuckin masters!
