@xxlunaxexx Thats the problem, you cannot use psp Phat, it doesnt have enough Ram to play it. Only Slim is able to run that game. And thats something you should put in the description UltimateBiohazard... ;)

@bboyasianinsane Thats dangerous man, youre OVERCLOCKING it, you are overdriving it, you are making it run at speeds faster than default, prolonged usage of overclocking will over heat you psp, possibly damage it.

it works but its SUPER laggy and choppy. it takes 5 seconds for each frame when im playing (not the menu). any advice or tips or why it does that?

hmm never got probs with that try putting your CPU speed at 333 through the recovery menu

What he is saying is its the Quake 1 engine using a mod to make it look like quake 3. I have a feeling he is right if you look at the explosions they are the same as in quake 1 and not quake 3.

i think u hav 2 put the contents in ur 5.xx folder  (create 1 if u dont hav 1, only if u a r cfw 5.00 m33 or higher) dat mite wrk, ha=vnt tryd it yet

the eboot is 0.64 for slims dude but dont worry i made an eboot you an use if u want that looks the same but is for phats :)

It doesn't work for me. I have my PSP Phat with NP9660 no UMD mode, and CPU at 333Mhz, and didn't work. I've tried to put it in the folders: GAME150 and GAME5XX and still didn't work. (not working = black screen). My firmware is 5.00 M33-6

I'll suscribe, so when you upload a videotutorial of how to install this, I'll get informed.

yeah its weird the only thing that i did was putting it into my game map and it runned smooth.

tested it on 3.90 m33-3 and 5.00 m33-6 both works.

but Gearsguy405 is making a tut, soon he's link is in my discribtion

That doesn't explain anything, because the file in the megaupload link is just 1folder, that one has other folders inside of the PSP folder on the tutorial.

I downloaded your new link and put it in game150. I turned the 1.5 kernel on, and it black screened. Went and put it in GAME folder, black screened. I have firmware 5.00 M33

i have no clue further hmm. check your recovery settings maybe thats the problem mine settings are on:

UMD mode: NP9660 - no umd-

cpu 333 m

i got same problem.... but my umb mode is on m33 driver... but i dont think that would affect anything... also since i have a 1.50 kernal i didnt need game150 (but i did try it) and i trying 5.XX kernal AND 1.50 kernal and got black screen... 5.00 M33 glitch maybe?

Alright, Biohazard. I have custom firmware, when I downloaded the file you have in your link in the description, the name was Quake 1 Arena (Kurok Engine) - Co. I renamed it to Q1Arena and put it in PSP/GAME like you said. I tried to run it and it black screens, I don't know why, can you tell me your firmware and where exactly you put yours? Thanks

on what psp system are running it?

I tried it on the psp 3000 with ChickhenR2 got a blackscreen also, when i put it into my psp slim on firmware 3.90 m33-3 it runned fine, i'll try it on my other psp with cfw 5.00 m33-6 i let u know

all u have to do is download Q1Arena

and place it into PSP/GAME folder and it will run (CFW)
