  • POXY kNOX! Italian police messed up the investigation allowing her temporary release. Bring on the appeal. She is guilty.

  • ....As for Amanda's interrogation, imagine being grilled without a break from 10 pm until 6 am in the morning for five days? She was not that sophisticated – it wouldn't have taken a lot to break her. And circumstantial evidence - all that prosecutors had to go on - was weak. Witnesses can be bought off, or bargain for favors. Hunches & theories are fine, but have to go once hard evidence points in another direction. Yet Amanda spent four years in prison for a crime she clearly did not do.

  • @bgibb101 The day Amanda blamed an innocent man, in the morning she went to her Italian class in the evening she had dinner with friends, and then went to the police station with her boyfriend, where under questioning he admitted lying for Amanda, they then questioned her about this and she then made the allegation against Patrick. After this she was questioned for hours.

  • The Italian detectives did a terrible job with their initial investigation. They didn't seal off the crime scene properly, passed evidence around from one detective to another, dropped evidence on the ground, using the same tweezers, not changing gloves, no protective caps to cover hair. Even your average Joe who watches CSI can spot these errors. The cross-contamination of the evidences was embarrassing - a sign of laziness by the investigators that led to more blunders.....

  • I feel sorry for the kerchers that they had to watch her go free. I'm also frightened we live in a society in which so many people can be easily duped. R.I.P Meredith & I truly hope Amanda gets hers.

  • @scoopa86 That's because you're one of those people who thinks that anyone accused of a crime is guilty. You're the reason why we have jury selection. If you could convict someone of murder with the [lack of] evidence in this case, you're a horrible person.

  • There's LOTS of mentalities like Rudy out in our world. If you wonder why so much hatred toward ONLY AMANDA is on the many comment sections - it's often because like Rudy- hatred toward pretty girls is part of some people's mentality. So they care little about evidence, they are passionate about their desire to see pretty girls suffer. Fact.

  • Amanda Knox is a convicted slanderer. She accused her boss, Patrick Lumumba of murder - and did three years in prison for it. The only difference between Amanda Knox and Casey Anthony is a massive PR campaign and Donald Trump's money. Every cent Amanda Knox will make from movies, books, and interviews will drip with Meredith Kercher's blood. The judge in the second trial (Claudio Hellman) says "Amanda and Raffaele may have been involved - but we can't prove it."

  • who ever did it will die in a horrible way anyway, then suffer in hell for eternity

  • @jigo53 Nope. Because of italian leniency Rudy who confessed to murdering Meredith in cold blood - will be out in about 10 years . A convicted murderer of an innocent young woman , he will walk free and probably kill again. why? Because he hates women who do not respond to his affections, and he stabs them to death .

  • @jigo53 No. If anyone else was involved in this murder, they will most likely die a normal, natural death...just like the rest of us.

  • @navid500 define natural =S

  • Im glad she got cleared i knew she was innocent since the beginning

  • @vampirecupcake89...i agree with you, i knew it as well :D

  • Its amazing how everyone is talking as if they know the truth as to who murdered this poor girl. Instead of bashing each other why don't you show some respect for her and her family by giving condolence and praying that the REAL murderer(s) are brought to justice. Get over your egos and patriotic pride. It has no place here. Save it for sports games or some other idiot past time.

  • She definitely has something to do with the murder. She's a Psycho that understands to Play a role.

  • if she was there how does that not make her just as guilty .....and how can the media ask the family if they will forgive her.......so hollywood

  • @EPICLEGENDS2011 This has nothing to do with US foreign policy. You are an idiot. As for the victim's family, they have suffered a terrible loss, but making the wrong person pay for the crime is not justice. Get an education before you try to share your views.

  • @EPICLEGENDS2011 I'm not the only one. The Italian judiciary seems to agree with me. PS fuck you!

  • And as far as blood on your hands go, your country has a much longer legacy, and alot more blood, so get out of your glass tower hipocrite!

  • @EPICLEGENDS2011 As an Irish American, I'd support the IRA anyday over you protestant cunts, and fuck your queen!

  • Uk there is no evidence that leads to Amanda as the killer it's a tragedy that meredith was killed but you can't make someone go to jail and ruin their life just for some closure and please don't criticize our justice system when our fore fathers FROM ENGLAND created it

  • I think she done it.

  • welcome home knox ;))) shame on you italy for accusing knox when you could have used your time to find the real killer..

  • @tzup85 italy already found the real killer, its rudy guedei and shame on amanda for lying on an innocent person like patrick lubumba

  • I wonder how many people commenting on this video have taken any time at all to review the case or look at the evidence. Its heartbreaking that an innocent women was killed, but you cant take away the lives of two others with such little evidence. May Meredith rest in peace. And May Amanda and Raffaele get their lives back on track. God Bless

  • Nevermind the American/Italian bickering.

    1. Take a look at the evidence.

    2. Take a look at how that evidence was handled.

    3. Take a look at how reliable that evidence was.

This was inevitable. All of the evidence was questionable, mishandled by police, and the prosecution's desperate attempt at finding a motive would have been laughable if it hadn't been so scary.

    Justice has prevailed.

Oughta teach the cops a lesson. Do your fucking jobs next time, assholes.

  • hurray for justice, it was the guy from the Ivory Coast i could have told you that 4 years ago......have a nice life after this

  • the yanks think she's innocent

    the brits think she's guilty

i don't know what the hell to believe

  • Hurray!

  • Fucking slut......the Devil will have his way with you, once you die...good luck with that.

    Rot in Hell.

    from the UK.

  • She's a guilty slag ..... Justice wasn't done. Hope she gets her karma Rip Meredith ... They failed you babe x

  • Comment removed

  • That bitch is guilty! First she framed Patrick, then she lied about police brutality, and she was seen hours after the murder buying sexy lingerie with Sollecito. The police may have been inept but that conniving she-devil is as guilty as sin. Justice for Meredith! The true victim of this heinous crime.

  • So many stupidass comments...doesn't matter what nationality she belongs to. She had nothing to do with the murder at the first place. That dirtbag Rudy raped and killed the girl (DNA evidence, bloody fingerprints on the pillow) and these two poor fucks almost got 25 yrs in prison for merely sharing a flat with the victim. Think before you accuse anybody of anything..could be you next time......

  • I hope when she does her tour , TV appearances , book, etc somebody has the sense to get her to do a Polygraph test with leading expert (at least 2 or more independent tests), if she is really innocent she should pass them easily.

  • make a fucked up Americanized movie yea make me a star someone got murdered

  • enjoy your freedom lucky bitch

just no more sex games from now on alright

  • A great day for AMERICA and the POWERFUL AMERICANS.

  • @KRSchannel your a fucking idiot . just like every other FAT ARSE yank .

  • @KRSchannel Americans ROCK! and so do you!

  • dirty fucking yank . guilty . death to all americans .

  • @nedmobile what a completely retarded thing to say.

  • @UndeadMarion fuck you , inbred

  • As far as the evidence is concerned, she's innocent. After being imprisoned and crucified for four years (and continuing to be blamed indefinitely by a lot of people for the rest of her life), she deserves every cent she gets from interviews, book deals, etc.

  • @navid500 I think even if she does make a shitload of money for this, she should at least give some of that money to the Kerchers - their life sentence cannot be revoked.

  • @Wattywatasaurus That would be a noble thing for her to do, though she doesn't owe them anything.

  • @navid500 It would at least make it look like she realises she's making a killing off the back of their dead daughter, and she's at least acknowledging it's them who're suffering the most in all this, not her. I don't think it would be a noble thing - it would be the right thing to do. And I think she owes them at least that much.

  • @Wattywatasaurus How does she owe them anything if she didn't kill their daughter? She would be making money off of the 4 years of her life that she spent in prison because she was falsely accused of a crime. She lost 4 years of her life....during what should have been the prime of her life. It's not her fault that Meredith Kercher was murdered. She will be stigmatized the rest of her life, and many people will stil consider her a murderer. The Kerchers were among those falsely accusing her.

  • @navid500 So YOU know for sure she did not kill. Get real. First she was accused by the police who told the Kercher family they had found their daughters killer. What did you want the Kercher family to say ?" No Italian police you got the wrong person ". Grow UP

  • @navid500 wtf are you talking about? there's more evidence that says she was there during the murder with her boyfriend than the evidence that says they were at his flat.

  • @bennysupertramp2 First of all, they don't have the burden of proving that they weren't there or that they didn't commit the murder. The burden is on the prosecutor to prove that they were there and did commit the murder. Second of all, I don't think you're very familiar with the evidence in this case...or at least the evidence that has not been deemed unreliable.

  • @navid500 Amen.

  • @navid500 ...dripping with the blood of Meredith Kercher.

  • @kimatoz3 Well, she was acquitted. As far as we can tell, it's not her fault Meredith Kercher is dead. She lost four years of her life...in the prime of her life. She doesn't deserve any compensation for that, just because someone else died with no fault of her own?

  • @kimatoz3 moron

  • @navid500 What would you do if you came home one morning and found your front door wide open, no one home, blood in the bathroom, shit in the toilet? Would you carry on as normal and only mention it to a friend over breakfast an hour later? Even a cockroach would know something was wrong. I dont know if she is guilty of murder. I do know she has lied and lied. And why would she lie?

  • @travellingboy1 The door was not "wide open." It was unlocked. There's a big difference. There were drops of blood in the bathroom. She didn't know about the broken window, which was in the 3rd roommate's room. For all she knew, someone had cut herself shaving in the bathroom and didn't lock the door leaving. Drops of blood in a bathroom can be explained a million ways, without assuming criminal activity has taken place. She tried to call her roommates, which is the same thing I would've done.

  • @navid500 Amanda said the door was wide open, she said she saw the blood on the tap, in the basin, and the bloody footprint on the bathmat, she also says her flatmates were very clean and would not leave it like that. She saw the shit and even said none of her flatmates would leave that. She did not call anyone until over an hour later. She told the police this story and tried to justify it in an email she sent to 25 people on the 4th nov 2 days after the murder... Google it and read it

  • Watch for the book and tv deals flowing in.This murderess bitch is now a rich woman...What about the Kerchers???

  • @williamblair11 she's had been founf NOT GUILTY. Why are you calling her a murderer ? The appeal has shown she has been wrongly imprisoned - do you know something the judges don't ?

get over it and wonder at the beauty of this little Foxy

  • @williamblair11 What a shocker? Another idiot on YouTube assuming that anyone accused of a crime is a criminal. Get a life.

  • It's fantastic that they actually get compensation for all the horrors they've been through the past few years. I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think we do that in America. But then, the justice system here doesn't usually like to admit they made mistakes at all. The West Memphis 3 case is a shining example of that.

  • If she is innocent (I cannot judge) then 2 unknown murderers are on the loose.

  • @acidparanoia oh well, George W Bush has killed millions and he's living it up on a ranch paid for by the public, get over it.

  • @acidparanoia Actually, they already have the murderer behind bars. He was convicted at the same time these two were. He is a drifter named Rudy Guede. There was never any evidence to suggest there were multiple perpetrators.

  • @pettyleigh Yeah, Rudy fits every criminal profiling case ever compiled to show he was the murderer - he's black.

  • @sweetypie000 So by your reasoning, because he's black he's innocent? Murderers come in all shapes, sizes, and colors. The man's DNA AND fingerprints were found at the scene and they had no reason to be there considering he had no connection to that house or the people in it. He also had a prior record. Look into the facts genius.

  • @pettyleigh no, I was saying he's guilty just because he's black ha-ha-ha

  • @sweetypie000 What a shame theres a family at the heart of this who now are no nearer to justice for they're beautiful daughter.

  • @williamblair11 mmmm, well, lots of people were jailed for it. It's not like they don't have the real killers.

The parents got as much justice as possible along with an innocent babe honey getting 4 years in jail for nothing.

What do you want ? jam on it ? ! :D

  • @sweetypie000 Youre a fkn Moron..Full stop.Or 'Period' as you say in you're fkd up,retarded country.

  • @williamblair11 we don't usually say 'period' in the Uk especially in London.

    oh well

  • @sweetypie000 Oh sorry.You're fm London.Aw well I see you're a 9/11 conspiracy nuy...1o times fkn worse Lol!!!

  • @williamblair11 well, it's been fun but I must go a revel in the fact foxy knoxy is FREE !!!! YIPPPEEE !!!

  • @pettyleigh think youll find, he wasnt convicted of actually stabbing kercher,so who did?

  • a lot of ppl making comments on here ,dont know how the appeal court in italy works, only the weakest evidence against the defendents is used on appeal, this was found to be the dna evidence, just because this was uncertain,,doesnt mean amanda knox was innocent,,far from it in my mind,,,,,the italian court system is very antequated

  • If she is innocent (I cannot judge) then 2 unknown murderers are on the loose.

  • FANTASTICO ! now she need to sue those bloody dodgy Italian courts !

    FOXY ! FOXY ! FOXY !

  • ANOTHER MURDERER GOES FREE!!!

  • @williamblair11 dna on a blade and she wasn't even in the area isn't a reason to brand this honey a murderer

  • @sweetypie000 Thats just the fkn problem right there.Because this bitch was decent looking people had more sympathy for her.If she looked like Aileen Weirnos a hell of a lot less people would be so concerned for her.

  • @williamblair11 Think you'll find that the proof she got 4 years in jail is because people actually had less sympathy for her and in fact resented her. Aileen Weirnos admitted killing all those men and the proof was irrefutable. If she had commited those crimes in the UK she wouldn't have had the death sentance.

I don't see how you can be so bitter about adorable Foxy, it's no skin off your nose if she goes free. What's it to you ?

    peace

    :)

  • @williamblair11 Try looking at the actual evidence before you spout your ignorance. It has nothing to do with what she looks like.

  • @williamblair11 You can't be serious. You obviously haven't done any research what-so-ever on this case.
