Having lived through the 60's, and a tour of duty in Vietnam, this version gives me chills. Kudos to these young people, and to their director. Thanks from the bottom of my heart for posting this. Peace to all............

Such great talent wasted on singing so effeminitely. Glee clubs annoy me. Great talent cheesed out as much as humanly possible. Since when does anyone naturally sing like that?

A little bit under pitch at the end but all in all amazing job! Consistent vowel sounds and hard consonants. So powerful!

My choir is currently learning this piece.
They Deff. have vowel controll, but they have really hard "D's" and "T's" but thats just a personal preferance. And in certain parts, when they creshendo, they tend to get sharp, but that is a hard thing to controll sometimes, especially when you preform at something like this.

These guys have (to my ear) an excellent control of vowel shape as well as between extreme dynamics--it's hard to believe it's such a small group when they just...explode!!
This is a powerful song, and this is an amazing rendition! Instant favorite!
