Just give her a chance. All she needs is time, and I'm pritty sure she can pull it off. Shes the only network news all watch because shes informative. She comes off nice, and caring. I think her choice in storys are a bit off, but she doesn a good job for the most part.

I actually LOVE the opening music of the show. I like the version that they use for CBS Up to the Minute, which is the Evening News opening w/o the Cronkite opening. I would love to have that as a ringtone.

@GMcOnline: Too bad you don't like it... It was actually composed by famous film composer James Horner (Avatar, Titanic, Apollo 13, Braveheart, Star Trek 2),and the full version of the theme sounds really majestic, sweeping and "American". Great work by Horner as always!!

I like Katie too, but since she left NBC, she doesnt seem to have much against NBC Nightly News. The Today Show's ratings have shot up since Vieira came and I love Meredith, but we all miss kiss on Today.
