Yes, although usually restricted for very special events, and I believe is slightly frowned upon nowadays in certain quarters of the church. The Gloria being sung is part of Hydn's Mass entitled Paukenmesse.

This is how things should be. Don't settle for anything less. I'm an Anglican but might reconsider if masses like this were available where I live. Which setting is this? Sounds like Mozart but I'm not sure.
