ah...this is the infamous dec. 2007 snowstorm. 12 hours of gridlock and kindergartners stuck on school buses until 11 pm. it was like nobody had ever seen snow before.
Seems to be very critical of the other drivers, especially, the communter on his cell phone, so how was he able to film this footage with TWO HANDS ON THE WHEEL?
HAHAH. I love Providence. But seriously is this the first time we have seen snow? Most people drive like they have lived in Florida up until this winter. It, as I'm sure you know, was as bad as I have ever seen traffic in Providence, or any where else for that matter.
