Long time no talk....I know I said it b4 a long time ago, But Thx again Pam for all you do for the Community! I have not been an advocate a long time now due to all that I went through with the Dragon with 3 failed Tx tries; But know in your heart I'm still with you all that are still advocating in spirit! We had a wonderful conference! I accidentally said my hemoglobin went from 7 to 6. I meant to say it went from 17 to 6. This was in the late 90's and we did not have access to the rescue meds (Procit and Neupogen). Please do NOT let my story discourage anyone from the treatments that are out there as you now have an almost 80% chance of killing this virus! Part of the reason I believe I am still here is because the treatment I did slowed down the progression. God Bless All with HCV!!
