  • I used the tresemme heat thing and I didn't notice any damage from it. Curls came back and everything.

  • It's just leave-in conditioner, but lots of people use it as a heat protectant ;p

  • you apply heat protector before you straighten your hair :) but not too much or it will probobly make your hair greasy

  • when do you add these heat protectors into your hair? im a guy and im confused

  • @karshanta1 you add it before you use a heat aplicance. you know like you apply sunblock before you go tan.

  • no offence cuz like im not trying 2 be mean but just dont watch this if u r a guy kk seriously its kinda weird

  • yes, it is a heat protectant. I use it and it is the best I've use so far!

  • Ive been using a heat protectant I bought from the salon, which makes my hair shinny and works well, but it has a really not so great smell. So, Im looking at trying something new. Im thinking of trying Ion, Dove, or ordering Hot Sauce. Any comparisons on those three? I like the videos.

  • omg did you guys know that they sell chi silk infusion at costco the 6oz for around 10 bucks:) it's awesome

  • chi silk infusion smells reallyyyy good . it smells like..uhm, hollister or abercombie perfume ? in a way but not exactly..

  • for anyone who wants the fhi hot sauce protector u can get it at sally beauty supply for like...$14?? i dunno. I just checked the out on the website. :)

  • oh my gosh i have tht treseme stuff i dont like it very much i got really bad split ends i want hot sauce heat protectant soooooo bad!

  • i didnt like tresseme either.

    it smells like apples

    and makes my hair sticky.

  • i love it

  • Sounds a a little like my video. I posted it as a response to yours.

  • silk infusion isnt a heat protectant. the chi iron gaurd is but the silk infusion isnt..

  • Its not made for heat protection but it is a heat protectant. The cones in it and the oil and the silk all protect hair. It helps protect hair by coating it and by moisturizing and silkening it.

  • your an idiot.

you wont see change after a couple of uses. your voice annoys me

  • I know that some people are going to see what that website says and be horrified, but they really shouldn't. Just about everything can give us cancer, and even though I'm sure those statistics are at least kind of true, I wouldn't worry about what it has to say. That's just me.

  • i do not like the tresseme heat tamer spray. the first time i used it, white flakes later on in the day. =p

    ahh.

  • Hi, Hanh I just wanted to ask if you could do a video on the hair products you use, or if you already have one that exists can you please tell me about it,

I love love you videos they inspire me so much

    Thanks

    Bye,

  • where r u from??

  • just went to the cosmetics website and checked for nars blush.. its number 9 on the hazardous scale.. *shocked*.. everybody's fav blush is bad for us... :(

  • Comment removed

  • chi silk infusion isnt a heat protectant.. im pretty sure its not cuz they hjave chi iron gaurd that is a heat protectant and it doesnt say anywhere on the bottle that its a heat protectant

  • omg thanx, i was planning to get that tresseme product...

i actually found chi in walmart, which surprised me cause this is a small town and usually our walmart isn't that great (?) :O

    :)) yay.

  • That is just that girls opinion so don't not buy something just because she didn't like it. I use tresemme & i love along with a lot of other people. Why go 4 something like chi that is insanely expensive when u can get tresemme much cheaper & get the same results. Seriously now u decide

  • that's not true at all tresemme is cheap but it doesn't fully give you the right amount of protection and it does have harmful chemicals in it do some research and you'll see..you get what you pay for

  • well in my opinion most things u buy have some kind disadvantage or a chemical that shouldn't be there. For god sakes the nastiness in a lot of food that u eat but u can't stop eating right? well u can spend a lot of money on organic producs but are they really organic? do u get my point?

  • just because u spend more money does not mean it's always get a better product. Anyway that has been my experience

  • i do have a link on the right hand side about the hazardousness of the product..you should read it and be informed

  • ok well...um.

thanks for both points of view.

    i'll give both a shot.

    :)

  • i use tresseme heat protectant EVERY DAY i had hxc split ends but ever since I have been using it my split ends are gone, no lie i have none, however i have human hair extensions & it DOES NOT work well in the hair extensions... not at all, idk what you would use for extensions

  • xAS1ANx3 might as well fry your hair while your there.

  • I can't find ANY heat protectant here in Hong Kong.

    : (

  • HELLO KITTY WATCH :P

  • The Chi Silk Infusion smells GOOD !

  • tresemme heat protectant spray is actually VERY bad for your hair and your body. the ingredients are very harmful. if you want to read about it and need a link to why its so bad just message me. thought i'd prevent you guys from harming yourselves :)

  • i wanna know the reasons! i use it all the time!

please send me the info . (:

  • please =]

  • Loves Itt, but to promote your site more you should make a how to straighten hair, maybe curl your hair first then yea!

  • i have the tresseme heat protectant spray and it works really good i have no split ends but it might not work for some hair cuz i dont straightn curl or blow dry my hair that much

  • How's bed head ego boost?

  • hanh! can you do a tutorial about how to remove eye makeup? whenever i try to remove mine, i have a hard time getting the mascara off because i end up losing lots of lashes! help!

  • i had this problem, try using baby oil on a cotton pad and hold it over your eye for a while whilst gently rubbing it and then rub the rest off.. just dont rub really hard because more lashes will come out.

  • i use a little bit of olive oil, it actually works really well!

  • hornyasiangirls[dot]{info}

    hot

  • love your makeup here!

  • have you tried the Chi straight guard thingy?

i saw it in a store and it's a heat protectant,

    but does it work well?

  • i use redken heat glide (Y) it may make your hair greasy if you use to much, but i also use, andrew burton the straight answer on top, it smells like apples. <3

  • is that a southern accent or midwestern accent?

  • Chicago

  • i use a chi product but its not chi infusion. mine is in a red spray bottle and it is not oily and smells sooo good(:

  • yea i have that one too.. and it works great!!

  • 44 Iron Guard? O ussse that!!

  • beyond the zone heat protectant spray from sallys is what i use, but i also wash my hair with dove heat defense shampoo and conditioner

  • One that works really good is

    Got2B Blow Dry Lotion.

[its called blow dry lotion, but if you

look at the bottle its really a heat

    protectant spray.]

    it works gooood. :)

  • Can I find it @ Sally's ? =)

  • FHI Hot Sauce is really good but it coats your hair so like every couple of months you should clense your scalp with soap spirit as it just strips your hair of all the build up but it should be followed by a good conditioner i buy mine from the local market but if you cannot get it from there then just types it in google and it will come up with sites were you can get it from sorry about the essay lmao good luck xoxo p.s it smells well bad lmao

  • I agree that you should pair up the Tresemme with something else. I use Chi on my damp hair and spray on Tresemme right before I flat iron. It works well.

  • They Sell FHI at Trade Secret too.

  • you should try CIBU SASHINI

    Thermal Shine Solution

  • Your hair looks great in the video :) I usually blow dry my hair only. To protect my hair, I use Nexxus Heat Protexx. It's a light spray and works pretty well for me.

  • omg..i started 2 get split ends since i started using treseme

  • On the bottle of the Tresemme bottle, it says that it minimizes heat damage. It doesn't say that it prevents all heat damage towards your hair, and for the price, it's good.

  • I dont think anything can actually prevent all heat damage towards your hair except for stop using heat all together.

  • biosilk is good !

  • I really like tresemme. I think its good!

But that might just be me.

I really liked this video though! :)

  • The chi silk infusion is so oily. I had to stop straightening and just wash my hair out. I must use less next time:)

  • u look gorgeous in this video!!

hrmms.. i use the tresseme heat protection too.. its okay... non greasy but i dunno if it really protects though XD

i wonder if they have CHI hair products in Australia.. i doubt it.. we have NOTHING here =\

  • lmfao they are also selling them at superstores.

  • They are now selling CHI hair products at walmart.

  • Really nice video hun.=] I learned something new~

  • i like the tresseme heat protection but i also love the other to which i must get my hands on, bwt your stunning :)

  • ohh i own the tresemme and i better switch cause i have split ends too lol

  • I agree with you about the TresEmmé heat protectant... It just feels like if you were spraying water on your hair and i can't really see how it'S supposed to protect your hair!

  • how is chi iron guard?

  • haha you're not askin me but... i personally love it. not many people really use it. it leaves my hair super soft and not dry. :] makes it smell good too

  • hmm is it greasy at all?

  • no not at all!

even if i accidentally spray a little too much, all it does is feel a bit wet and i just wait for it to dry out. no grease, stickiness or anything.

  • the chi iron guard spray is not greasy and when i use it for curling my hair it acts as a a light hair spray as well holds the curls pretty well.

  • my sister uses treseme..i think their hairspray is great

but the heat protectant is iiiiiight haha

i havn't tried the fhi hot sauce.

its because idk where to go to buy it.

i'm not much of an online spender :|

and the chi..-how long does a bottle that much last for you? considering that you curl your hair often?

because i saw in tj max a bottle like 7.99 and it wasn't your size but it wasn't the small one..i'm guessing, medium?

however thanks again for the videos!

    <3

  • I have the treseme, and it makes my hair thicker, which I like, but it does nothing for protection.

  • I use the tresemme and i pair it with paul mitchell instant moisture daily treatment and it works great!!!! (;

  • i want that hot sauce thaaang:] i have the other twoo, tresemme& CHI silk infusion.

  • I agree. I have Tresemme or whatever and I have split ends...sucks

  • i just got back from the store and almost bought the tresemme heat protector..i was debating....and then i changed my mind...

  • you're so pretty!
