Looks like the SPL was a little too much for your camcorder. Next time bring some RCA to 1/8" cables and ask the board engineer for a line out, and plug it into the input of your camera. I let folks do it all the time.

I hope that delay is from the surrounding buildings, and not fx added by the engineer. For one thing it sounds awful, and 2 - Pack doesn't need ANY effects!
