I left Cricket for Virgin Mobile because Cricket had too many issues from dropped calls to failed text messages to their network being down to not being able to receive calls to the phone not ringing when someone is calling etc. I had to get rid of them. Now I have VM for 2 months now, changed my number online for free &now I cannot send picture messages to friends or upload to the web 3 days now even after emailing 3 times and calling them. No wonder y they are are piggy back companies.

HAHA, they are generally good with customer service. Only once did I get bad service. It was really bad as I phoned the police after since Virgin Mobile staff were participating in a phone scam. After all was said and done, no more problems.

I hate going to work for these people day in and day out. Virgin mobile customers are rarely intelligent. Or maybe that's just the curse of customer service. Those who call are normally those who are too stupid to find the right information on their own. I feel sorry for them. But I can't ignore that these people are the only reason we have jobs. Yay for dumbasses! Yay for money!

One time my internet connection was down. I called VM to ask what the bandwidth charges would be if i was tethering my computer to my phone's connection. I was told that it depends on the site i use not the bandwidth. It took three attempts before i got the information i wanted. Customers aren't stupid they just don't have the info you have or are supposed to have.

God, I hate virgin mobile's customer service. I can't stand the music, that celebrity voice and her stupid giggle. I called them this AM... I got so mad at all the recordings, I yelled "RETURN!" into the phone. Calling VM is like going to the dentist.. I dread both.
