That was actually pretty good man. Like FHM said, dont use that second transition that brings another clip from behind the first one. Also try not to slow down a clip so much that it loses its sense of motion. Like you can notice every single frame, i.e. at 0:38. The slow-mo while zooming in was much better.
Another thing that I noticed is that when you did that sound effect that made it sound really underwatery (0:49) try and sync it to like when you zoom in, then chuck a slow-mo in too.

dont use the 2nd transition as the clip basically flops over the screen. other then that6 its good but you need to use more upbeat tempo chaos :P
