Roger, you need some serious help with regards to spelling and vocabulary. That aside, you also need to pay more attention to things like this. The documentary never blamed the United States for Saddam. Rather, the documentary admits time and time again that Saddam was a terrible dictator and did many horrible things to innocent people. The United States, however, did play a part in several of the events they claim to condemn Saddam for. That's how it is....deal with it.

He's probably the worlds leading expert on US foreign policy, having read much of the declassified government documents including those from the Homeland Security Department and the CIA. His books contain all the citations you need to see the documents yourself, and I have followed up a few to see. I think you will be more than a bit surpised by what is in the public domain from the US government.
