I am American. I bought this book from Amazon.fr and a French dictionary from Border's! I found an English translation online but just found this note on that website: "Update: I was asked to remove the text of the book from my page. I did it, although I think that Monsieur Hessel wanted everybody to have access to his text, and didn’t care much about copyright or the gains from it."
This man is a gift to the world. I couldn't find an English translation of Indignez-vous, so, with my half-ass knowledge of French I tried it myself (with some help by google translate so I didn't have too look up too many words). Even if you just use an automatic method of translation plus a few corrections - The full power of that text goes right through any machine! BTW, A real English translation now exists at amazon. (Time for Outrage! available April 4)
