Yes I know that, but if I would have shown you full male genital organ, youtube does not allow me to do so, may be because in team of youtube there is no doctor, that's why they delete such educative videos.

@shaziajafrey8 I know, I was basically implying the same thing as you, that youtube doesn't allow it. If they have an adult section, they might as well allow everything to be seen. But I suppose then someone has to decide what is considered "pornographic" & what is considered "educational," & they probably don't want to have to make that decision, unfortunately. I don't think showing something every other human being or another has is so terrible, especially in an example as this.
