Several reasons. They have scales out on the highway so you can be weighted at highway speed and if it doesn't register or to close to call they can pull you in. Other reasons - random inspections with truck and paperwork.
I dont like scales...there annoying...haha when you just left the scale prime went by and i always call their trucks rainbows...every truck of theirs is a different color..from blue, yellow, black, green, orange etc. another good video..keep em' coming.
I was wondering why other rigs were passing by as you were going through the scale. Why not those guys?
