Result wasn't in doubt after the first 6 rounds with Khan also having a knockdown in his favour. Some fools think Maidana was robbed but if power and a few flashy shots is all that's needed to be a boxing champ, NAS would still be around :-)

Proper live dogs. Only then can and will he be truly judged. He's a great athlete, has one of the fastest jabs, quick hands, slick footwork but nowhere near finished article. One thing for sure, he's dedicated & he's with the best team if he desires to attain legendary status.

I must admit I have never rated Amir Khan as a real fighter / champion. I also paid Sky £15 yesterday to hopefully see what I considered a good fighter Maidana finally end Khans career. In fact I wanted Khan to be knocked out so we never had to listen to what i thought was hi cr4p ever again.However he fought great survived the on punches and proved that he deserved to now be recognised as a capable fighter .All great champions get beat , its how they bounce back that makes them champions.

You normally never see guys beat the count after a sickening body shot like Khan executed on Maidana. Warrior. Maidana has history though of coming back even stronger after a knockdown. @ahsanrm1987 Having followed his career, watched most of his fights, I wouldn't say he's HOFer material but it's too early to say. Let's see him in more exciting fights against top opponents. Proper live dogs. Only then can and will he be truly judged. He's a great athlete, has one of the fastest jabs, quick hands, slick footwork but nowhere near finished article. One thing for sure, he's dedicated & he's with the best team if he desires to attain legendary status.

Yeah maidana had khan running in the 10th but he was unable to knock him down after giving him his best punches repeatedly. Khan gave maidana his best punch and maidana hit the floor end of story. As for the judges scorecards bullshit 10-8 round with no knockdown in the 10th.Khan 45% hit success Maidana 20%.Khan 273 punches landed Maidana 156. The figures dont lie!!!!!

Punched in 1st round when khan tried to touch gloves at the start of the fight. Maidana fought dirty because he knew he coudnt beat khan any other way. Read the Maidana interviews he said khan deserved to win the fight and also said that was the best punch he has felt in the division. As for the name dropping of who khan coudnt beat??? He was fighting maidana

I must admit I have never rated Amir Khan as a real fighter / champion. I also paid Sky £15 yesterday to hopefully see what I considered a good fighter Maidana finally end Khans career. In fact I wanted Khan to be knocked out so we never had to listen to what i thought was hi cr4p ever again.However he fought great survived the on punches and proved that he deserved to now be recognised as a capable fighter .All great champions get beat , its how they bounce back that makes them champions.

@TheLagunaSunrise madaina/kotelnik is history, khan desereved to win,but madaina was great. ive seen madaina in most of his fights, in da fight gainst khan he looked awsome, he looked right, his stamina has been awful in other fights, but he went through the first8 rounds with ease, i tink he can train like that in all of his fights and look after his health, he will become a great and win titles. khan proved speed kills power, with freddy khans power isnt the same, but his legs r stronger.

@99pak99 all i know is if that would have been me in the ring id much rather be maidana at the end of the fight yes khan landed so many more shots and won but he did lose the Fight he got his ass kicked bad look at both fighters after the fight its pretty obvious who got beat up its just like the brock lesner vs shane carwin fight... yes brock won but hes also the 1 who got beat up not shane. there are two ways of lookin at a boxing match,who won the match and who actually won the fight.

khan won 9 rounds and knocked maidana down but maidana finished the last three rounds and finished the fight strong and almost had khan down, khan showed that hes a great champion and actualy has a very good chin and alot of heart, maidana showed hes a fucking warrior
