  • nice..the price plz

  • This a nice machine it look easy to use but it's not you will waste alots of time changing part to go to the next work our I still go with the bowflex revolution way easier and spaceless

  • this is way better i have one

  • wow.

  • Read dinosaur training by brooks kubik-the best way to train and all you need is and barbell and loads of weights

  • too expenisve

  • all you'rs for only $2000.00

  • This leverage system is well made and it is of high quality. However training only with this stuff neglecs the stabilizers muscles and will leave you weak like a girl when you will try the real powerlifts ( bench press, squats, and deadlifts).Wanna get big and strong stay with free weights!! These stuff just like smith machines and good clothes hanger nothing more.

  • @tincansteve While that may be true to an extent, many people may just want a nicely toned muscled body instead of getting huge. Plus using free weights will take its toll on your joints over time and you will most likely have to start to use machines to stay in shape. No matter how strong you are you have to change your style with age eventually and that probably means no more free weights.

  • @Dar70 No your wrong. Free weights are better for the joints as you move in a natural range of motion, and lifting them actually increases joint strength so your less likely to injure or damage your joints in the future. Also just because you dont want to get huge doesnt mean you should use machines...You'd still be better off with free weights, there alot safer if you know what your doing.

  • @Telecaster132 Thanks, I guess I will have to do more research. But still this machine has to be better than the bowflex right.LOL At least there is better range of motion. I think coupling this machine with some dumbell excercises would be beneficial.

  • @Dar70 Yeh man, personally i dont really like or use machines, in my honest opinion I think the best way to achieve a good physique and that muscle tone your after is to stick to the basic compound exercises, i.e. squat, deadlift, row, bench press, chinups, shoulder press. And so i would just invest in a power rack/ cage and a barbell + weights. Stonglifts and Starting Strength are great programs you may be interested in :D

  • @Telecaster132 I would love to use free wreights, but have recently been diagnosed with Degenerative Disc disease.(basically arthritis in my lower back and neck) Its mild and my doctor says not to worry. (I just turned 40) He told me its not uncommon at my age especially all the lifting I have done over the years on my job. Most people develop it,some early some later. One of the major reasons we shrink as we age.I will ask him about the free weights,Im sure squats will be out though.lol

  • Does he come with it? The Porche I mean

  • doesnt this thing make u bench more than ur suppose too

  • @QTIPBlack well of course machines allow you to do that because its in one plane, you dont have to balance or use any additional stabalizers

  • i think its more expensive than a porsche

  • @TommysCAT dude its only a little over $1000.00

  • so tempted to buy this... but where do i put the friggin thing!! haha

  • @oscarhollywood i had the same problem because its a lot taller than it looks in the pics

  • i live in Calgary Canada where can i buy this item?

  • @abra12 Try fitness depot??lol?

  • Can you get a professional to assemble it cuz i wouldnt wanna mess it up

  • The gym is very solid, it does not rock or shake. It does not squeak or groan. I purchased Body Solid rubber coated weights for this. This gym has an 8 foot x 10 foot footprint. Assembly is rather straight forward, but would have been much easier if I had another person to help me. Thanks for posting this video

  • Picked this up at Dick's Sporting Goods for $999. Took my time to assemble it alone. Took a total of 7 hours. The gym is absolutely fantastic. Only complaints are some minor paint chips from mediocre packaging (easily fixed by getting car paint touch-up); Was missing 5 bolts but easily purchased locally from parts list. Number on parts were not the same as numbers in assembly manual. Ab grip's rubber bumper was on wrong side of grip. These minor grips aside; HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

  • This gym looks amazing!

  • what is the name of this machine ?

  • Powertec Workbench Multi System

  • holy shit this thing is flippin awsome! i kinda like the lazy person chin up.

  • saw this thing at dicks i was playing around on it for like 15 mins. Great addition to any home gym!

  • dude thats a sick multi-gym

  • how much is it???

  • not realy work cos there is no free weights lifting no need to control the bar just lift and that waste the power of holding the bar in the air then the muscle will not grow

    believe me just free weights

    cheeper and work better

  • I love my Powertec Leverage Gym; I am gaining strength each and every week....Just load on the plates; lol!

  • I have the workbench system and it is really well made stuff. The smoothness of the press arm and the pulley system puts the stuff in most pro-gyms to shame.

  • Yeah, same feel as Hammer.

King, go to their website, it has the floor space area you need for it. I think it needs 8 ft. by 12 ft.

  • dudee this shit is thee bestt ever i bought one 2 weeks ago, i already see changess.

  • Have yet to try this machine, does it have the same feel as say Hammer Strength?

  • I just bought this set unit. Stirdy and well built -- well worth the money and much better than the cheap cable/pulley system. It has warranty for life

  • WHAT IS IT CALLED N WHERE CAN I BUY IT

  • some1 find the size of this machine for me plz and ty

  • Thas a nice home gym you could do so much on that but finding space in your house to put it LOL...

  • The best gym would have lots of squat racks, barbells and weights. A couple of benches aswell. Then a bunch of areas for deadlifting and olympic lifting. Lots of space and room too. That would be perfect. A stretching area with foam rollers and pull up, dip bars.

  • @antipul446 Yes if u are rich then def.. Normal people cant afford all this.. This is the real world..

  • ...and of course no chest flyes in sight. The flyes cannot be done on that machine.

  • rob i just bought one its $1200 altogether for shipping and installation.

  • y did u buy it? just create a home workout such as pushups with the chairs, dips, etc

  • can you tell me the size of this macine

  • oh is dhis Pull up No? I'm Japenese OK?

  • no pullups

  • looks expensive.

  • only a thousand bucks at Dicks...but i am gettin one for 827 but i am not tellin you where til i get it lol

  • awsome

  • Holy shit! This is The best professional home gym I have ever seen! its like hammer smith machines all in one! if i get that i wont need to go to outside gyms!! daaaaamn
