  • The push up handles, at the start of the video, do you recommend getting those?

  • @hobomoviessss - yes, it makes it a lot easier on the wrists plus it gives you more range of motion.

  • Good job. My dads build is similar to yours. I'm gonna get try to get him on this with me

  • Do you really need the recovery drink and shakeology to get results. im 2 weeks in...

  • @K0DIAKJACK - I think you can get very good results without them but even better results with them...at least that's been my experience.

  • @p90xreview nice video but I have a concern, i'm 49 and in the worse condition of my life, talking about no stanima at least 40-30 lbs. Over. I don't think I can keep up with the video. Any suggestions.

  • @MrElbory360 - That was me when I started...i was 42, about 45 pounds overweight and couldn't keep up at all. You just modify like they show you in the videos and do the best you can.

  • @MrElbory360 Mate i'm 27 and was falling all over the place when I first started. I couldn't move for the first two weeks. Now i'm on day 37 and can keep up. I feel awesome. There are days like today I couldn't be bothered but I done it the best I could. Just keep turning up, you'll be surprised how quick your health improves. You can do it Mr Elbory :-)

  • I'm on Day 3 of P90X and it really kicked my ass. Thankfully I have CellMass that help my body recover faster or I would be extremely sore right about now. Especially for a guy like myself who started back at working for the first time in 2 years

  • I could have already been done eith my p90x by now.i just need to stick to it,and have more motivation.someone tell me how to keep my motivation.

  • It amazes me how it takes people 90 days Ive been doing the p90 and push harder than others I guess and its only day 30 for me. I weighed 254 and I'm down to 216 already. I don't think its gunna take 90 to finish but I will make working out a hobbie for the rest of my life.

  • @imaSoldier187 - Everyone is a little different and it depends what your starting weight is etc. If you have a lot of weight to lose, those first 30-40 pounds can come off pretty quickly. But like you said, it's not about 90 days, it's about making permanent changes in your lifestyle.

  • @p90xreview Yep, I am making it permanent because I've done this so many times with other workouts. I just want to keep the results forever, I do push like a nut though I lost 52lbs in 2 months once the doctor was telling me how unhealthy it was. That was at my heaviest 296, I will never go back to that once you push pass the first week or 2 without lacking intensity, I'm sure everyone will notice how much better they feel all around, just don't give up viewers.

  • insane results man honestly the best ive seen on youtube. Is this the classic round?? & did you take any supplements when doing this round.

  • @HealthyNRJ - Thanks, I appreciate the compliment. I did the classic schedule and I used the P90X Results & Recovery Formula from day 1 and started drinking Shakeology about half way through my first round.

  • when you started could you do the chin ups and push ups like you did in the video? and what weight were you using?

  • @MrMattd555 - No, I struggled badly with chin ups and push ups at the beginning...I just modified like they show in the videos and I got stronger and stronger each week.

  • hey, im in my 2nd phase now, btw it seems that i seeing great results with my body, i see the change really clearly howvever noone else seems to see a difference with me, is there something wrong or is it just me imagining the change?

  • @dude321ization - it will take other people longer to notice the changes...keep it up

  • i dont know what to do cause i eat like heather and i weigh like 110 lbs at 5ft 11... im really unhappy, so my new years resolution is to do the p90x training program to get some muscle on my bones cause i wanna look like the amazing victoria secret models :) hope this helps

  • @p90xreview does the p90x come with the weights and pull up bar??

  • @twizlers12 - there's a package you can get that includes the pull up bar, resistance bands and a couple other things...weights you would have to get separately if you want to use weights instead of resistance bands...I messaged you the link for it.

  • @p90xreview hey im 16 and just finished my first week of P90x today going great so far threw up on the first day lol, btw if you dont follow the nutrition plan does that affect your results? not that im eating bad i have my own diet which is healthy (i eat grilled chicken breast and load of salad every lunch) and i am watching what i eat but is it a must to follow the nutrition plan?

  • @dude321ization - you don't necessarily have to prepare the actual meals in the nutrition guide, but yes you do want to follow what it says as far as how many calories to take in and the amount of protein/carb/fat, how often to eat etc.

  • @p90xreview oh okay thanks, and i just calculated that i burn alot more calories than i take in everyday, and today i weigh and in a week of P90x and my own nutrition i lost 4 pounds and 2% body fat is that okay or isnt it good enough?

  • @dude321ization - yes that's quite good, as long as weight loss is your goal!

  • @dude321ization I threw up too. haha feels great!....not

  • NEED HELP I DID HALF OF CHEST SHOULDERS AND TRICEPS BUT I ONLY DID HALF DUE TO PARTY HOW DO I MAKE THIS UP??????

  • @Mexiamerican2012 - don't worry about it, just move on to the next day

  • Can i do p90x in my house if i dont have that much room? I have just enough room for pushups/situps, i have a pullup bar, and some dumbells. no open space though

  • @furnitureskate - you might have to improvise a little bit...some of the workouts, like Plyometrics, require a bit more room

  • I'm thinking about trying this out. the problem is, due to my neck surgery I can't do any heavy lifting. So weights and handle bars are out of the question. My goal isn't really to have a muscular body, I just want to loose the weight. Since I won't be lifting weights much, do you think this program still help me?

  • @shumworld - yes it can still help you, you can use the resistance bands in place of weights and the pull up bar.

  • @p90xreview Cool, I was thinking about using light resistance bands in place of weights.

  • awesome, i wanted to start this program I already have the DVD but my biggest challenge to face so far is the dietary requirement, its my 2nd week and already lost 15lbs the weight loss is noticeable but seems like im not gaining muscle so hopefully by the end of 90days i see real result. BTW where did u buy ur pullup bar. congratulations on your new lifestyle.

  • @mangdolphy - 15 lbs in 2 weeks is great, keep it up...the muscle gain will take a little longer to start noticing. My wife ordered the pull up bar for me so I'm not really sure where she got it to be honest.

  • @p90xreview did you follow any nutrition guide or did you just eat normally and let the workouts do the rest?

  • @macluvr6 - I followed the nutrition guide. Proper nutrition will account for about 80% of your results.

  • @p90xreview did you go on any special sort of meal plans while you were on it?

  • @Alexplus20 - I followed the P90X nutrition guide

  • @p90xreview ok cool and would you say it has a negative impact drinking soda and energy drinks while you are on it? (I used to drink and smoke but I stopped doing that when I began doing the Canadian Army training exercises.)

  • @Alexplus20 - no soda, no energy drinks....they're garbage

  • Can u send me info about how to buy this fitness program?

  • @pvddda - sent

  • @p90xreview

Can you also send me how to buy it?

  • @Yuusuke020393 - sent

  • Can u send me info about how to buy this fitness program?

  • @trueassassinx - message sent

  • how could i get the p90x ??

  • @Chieftubby77 - messaged you

  • I'm wondering the same thing that oldspice2625 is wondering about. I'm thinking about starting the program but I'm not sure if I need to have a certain level of fitness before doing it, etc….

  • @RedLipsPR - messaged you the info

  • @RedLipsPR Same for me...

  • could you message me all of the info as well?

  • @ChemicaVision - messaged you

  • Where do I get p90x?

  • @Mikegengsta - sent you a message

  • If you could comment, or send a message, i'd be greatly appreciative. I would like to know what exact equipment you used for the entire program, what brands worked for you and what you use for the workouts. Also, i'd like to know, some say you have to have worked out before starting the P90x routine. Do you have to have a specific strength level in order to do the routine, because I don't want to get a gym membership (paranoid about scams) which is why i'm thinking about p90x. If you can, msg me

  • @oldspice2625 - messaged you

  • what does it come with?

  • @omarsk8r729 - it depends which package you get...I'll send you a message since I can't post links here.

  • How can I get the P90X program?

Is it downloadable or a DVD or something?

    cheers

  • @POWvi - sent you a message

  • Hey I was wondering, where do I buy the p90x? And does it come with everything or just the DVD?

  • @xTheGateKeeper - sent you a message

  • song please!?

  • @chapplin1306 Finger Eleven - Paralyzer

  • Did you follow the diet plan? I heard kids can just eat whatever they want and still get ripped. I'm only 17 and I want to know if the diet plan is right for a skinny guy like me.

  • @ShamamalamaSama - Yes, proper nutrition is critical. You can't just eat whatever you want.

  • My stats: started at 6'1", up to 235; now down to 185-190. Seems the same, right? However, my body fat hasn't dropped as far as yours, which I wholly attribute to (or blame on) my diet -- better than it used to be, but not sticking to the P90X plan, either. And however-times-two, it looks like you've got more muscle mass than I do. Maybe your example is what I've got to look forward to now -- same weight, but more muscle and less fat.

  • @BarracksSi - yep I agree, that's a nutrition issue. As you shed the fat layer, the muscles are more visible giving you a more ripped appearance.

  • I've seen a lot of p90x videos and guys are loosing fat and getting ripped, but if you are skinny and wanna gain muscle mass and getting ripped at the same time can this program p90x do that for you?

  • @Minidoej - it sure can

  • now, im 230 pounds and i work out pretty much every night, can i still get results like this?

  • @pride917 - I did so I don't see why you can't...it requires proper nutrition though.

  • @pride917 Most of the work is Mental, If you believe you can do it. Then it will be done.

  • @p90xreview great work... very impressive

  • pretty impressive... only kinda wish he took a picture of himself at the end not flexing and in the same pose as the other ones to get a better comparison... still good work

  • @jfor323232 - go to my site at homefitnessfanatic*com and you'll see the exact pose you are looking for

  • Chilledchaos brought me here.

  • I lost 3 pounds within 4 days! its pretty crazy

  • @forforman yeah, the first week, i lost a hell of a lot of weight as well, but as i progress in this program, i find it harder and harder to loose more weight, but w.e

  • that looks really amazing man..i got a question i`m 18 years old and i weight 115kg(dont know how much pounds) and 1.8 meters...is it good for me and will it help me if i stick to it??

    -Thanks (:

  • @DonBahaa2 - P90X = intense workouts 6 days a week and proper nutrition...so yes it will help you. The combination of exercise and eating properly always works.

  • should i quit my gym membership and do p90x? my friend got super ripped from this im not fat but want tone and just going to the gym doesnt seem like enough

  • @Swagdaddy777 - Well I do recommend P90X obviously...it's up to you if you want to keep your gym membership. If the cost of your membership isn't an issue it might be a good idea to hang onto it in case you want to do a gym type workout once in a while.

  • Hi there where do you get your chin up bar from?

  • @786Faisal - I think I got that one from Walmart

  • i was reading the p90x manual, and it said its an advance program. for somebody who dosnt have alot of muscle, should I start off with p90x or start with something like insanity and then switch over to p90x

  • @xBlue741 - I would do P90X before Insanity (I've done both). With P90X they show you how to modify the moves depending on your current fitness level. I would have never been able to do Insanity if I didn't do P90X first. If you want something easier, try Power 90 before P90X.

  • @p90xreview oh ok, it just seemed like with p90x i needed to buy all of there supplements and stuff which i cannot afford at the moment.. do you think i can just stay with the nutrition guide and get results without buying supplements?

  • @xBlue741 - yes, supplements definitely help but you can get results without them.

  • @p90xreview can I get the link to

  • @MrArka9 - sent you the link

  • is p90x a everyday workout or is it 3 days a week?

  • @xBlue741 - it's 6 days a week...there's a schedule that comes with it

  • are suppose to follow the meal planner? what if i make sure i eat healthy?

  • @xBlue741 - yes follow the nutrition guide...for most people "eating healthy" doesn't cut it because most people don't have a clue what is healthy and what isn't

  • can anyone help me out?

i tried doing p90x twice did it for few days but left it coz of time issues.

can i do p90x at 5:30 in morning as i wake up??????

coz after 9 hours college i ont have anything left in me :P

    i struggle in the starting.

i want to do running everyday. is ok to do in evening? and p90x in morning .thankz

  • @hycoo1 - yes that schedule would be fine

  • where can i download the diet of p90x ?? pls help thanks :))

  • @foroeste1 - I don't know of anywhere that you can download it. It comes with legitimate copies of P90X.

  • i start yesterday doing p90x i got the schedule but dont say when i must do the cardio part (i dont refer the plyometrics) should i do everyday the cardio ?

  • @foroeste1 - just follow exactly what the schedule says

  • I ordered p90x does it come with everything even the things you were doing with the pull ups

  • @BrutalSh0t - only if you ordered the upgraded package that includes equipment...otherwise you'll need to get it separately

  • @p90xreview How do you get the upgraded package with everything?

  • @Edurantejr - sent you a message with a link to the upgraded P90X package

  • Best workout. I can honestly say if you do p90x, and you do it right, it will work people. But it is HARD work, but worth it :)

  • Today I am a new student of P90x going to start my first workout in a few hours doing the classic path. I know what I have got myself into, this is going to be very hard, I have read what others went through on their first round and even if its going to be hard im rally looking forward to it, cant w8. Wish me luck =)

  • @essex12341 - good luck!

  • @p90xreview thanks for the good luck. I did my first workout and it was as hard as I anticipated I had to stop and throw up in the tolit because I was so whiped out. But I still finished the workout lol next time im going to be more careful and not over do it to the piont of throwing up.

  • I can only do 4 pullups and 15 pushups, it's my first day. Is that bad? I'm 16, I weigh 190, I'm 6ft. I'm acually don't look very fat.

  • @Vanquish1995 - that's better than my first day...don't worry, you'll get stronger as you go

  • @p90xreview Also, I did p90x for about a week and had to stop. Came back 7 months later and today was my first day again, On some excersizes I stopped a little before it acually burned, did that ever happen to you? Thank you!

  • @Vanquish1995 - don't over think it...just do the best you can like Tony says

  • @p90xreview Thanks, also when did you start seeing noticeable results? and, did your thighs get smaller fast too? Sorry for all the questions, thanks :]

  • @Vanquish1995 - for me the results really started to be noticeable around week 5 or 6, but it's different for everyone...depends what your goals are. I wouldn't say my thighs got smaller, they got bigger and more muscular if anything.

  • @p90xreview How well did you eat and did you take any supplements?

  • @Vanquish1995 - I follow the nutrition guide, I eat clean and healthy 99% of the time...you can go to my site and you'll find a post I wrote about P90X supplements.

  • @p90xreview Hey, 3rd day is done, I've been eating great, 1-2 LITTLE cheats, doing the exercises, but I've only lost about 1-1.5 pounds. Is that because I'm gaining more muscle faster than my fat is burning? Getting a little worried, also when did you start seeing results, I mean like little results, not huge results :]

  • @Vanquish1995 - It's only day 3!!! WAY too early to be worried about not losing enough weight. Just trust the program, do the workouts, eat right, and you'll see results.

  • @p90xreview Ok :] when did you start seeing little results?

  • @Vanquish1995 - little results probably in the first couple weeks, I don't really remember...started noticing bigger results probably around week 6 or 7.

  • @p90xreview Did you replace yoga for cardio? If not, is that a good idea?

  • @Vanquish1995 - I do the Yoga...didn't like it at first, now I do. I recommend doing Yoga but you can still get good results by replacing Yoga with Cardio X

  • Great video man, good work

  • @P90XWithChris - thanks

  • i dont think ive ever seen someone work out in their pajamas. but it worked, congrats.

  • @LordToby25 - hey, why not? It's comfortable lol

  • After the transformation you look like you are in your twenties

What kind of pull up bar are you usig?

  • @ChaserHUN - thanks for the compliment...it's a door frame pull up bar I got from Walmart

  • I just bought this from the website, waiting for it to ship. Any advice to give, before it comes in?

  • @MichaelMosleyLIVE - it's pretty tough, so like Tony says, do your best and forget the rest. Modify when you need to (they show you how in the videos), use the pause button when you need to, and you'll get stronger each week. Nutrition is the key though so don't ignore that part of it.

  • @p90xreview Nutrition is talked over in the video, right? I'm don't know what to look for when building a nutrition plan

  • @MichaelMosleyLIVE - it comes with a nutrition guide

  • Whoever that was I think was just copying me lol idk

  • Alright thanks... I'm 15 and 240 usually pretty active and athletic but I had an injury and surgery that has held me up for a long time and gained alot of weight.. How do you think a month of it will do??

  • @TK7BOSS - just doing it for a month isn't going to do a whole lot for you...even though it's a 90 day program, it's really more about learning how to exercise and eat properly which is something you do for life not just 30 days or 90 days.

  • I am starting this pretty soon but I'm wondering if it will work without the supplements? Pls respond

  • @TK7BOSS - not sure if you're the same person but I just answered this question a few minutes ago...yes it will work without supplements as long as your nutrition is spot on...you'll get even better results with certain supplements in my opinion but you can still get results without them.

  • I'm going to be starting this pretty soon... But I want to know if it will work without the supplements

  • @xLacrosseRatx - yes it will work without supplements as long as your nutrition is spot on...you'll get even better results with certain supplements in my opinion but you can still get results without them.

  • UofM is better , lol but congrats on losing all that wait

  • @ibeamber22 - I disagree about the UofM thing...but thanks :)

  • Hey, i'm planning on start this too. I'm 15 about 1.60m (5''2) , i'm a male. I am really small for my age, my dad is about 6'', so i'm hoping on getting taller. Little questions, will this stunt my growth or help me grow? Because I heard using weights and proteins shake and stuff will stunt my growth. And I don't want to start doing it if it does... Cheers

  • @twist127 - no, working out won't stunt your growth...neither will protein shakes, it's just protein...that's like saying eating chicken, fish and eggs and drinking milk will stunt your growth

  • @p90xreview

Hmmm, thanks. Will it make me "grow" faster? Cause I have noticed a year ago back when I was trying out boxing, it made me get taller, will p90x do the same ? Or it's just "in my head?" Thanks!

  • @twist127 - to my knowledge no it will not make you grow faster

  • @p90xreview

    Ok, thanks : )

  • @twist127 Just in your head, lol you most likely had a growth spurt while you were in boxing although it was most likely not related to you boxing

  • hey, im thinking about starting using this and i was wondering if it gives you the six pack along with a strong core, im a runner with like no fat on my body and eat healthy as is. could you possibly message me or comment answering these questions? please and thank you :)

  • @wthwhynot - sent you a message

  • @p90xreview hey im a 17 years old, and i started useing this a 3 days ago and is still doing it, and i was wondering, should i worry about what i eat when doing this, cause im young, or should i really follow the nutrition guide. Thanks. :)

  • @blackninja413 - follow the nutrition guide...you need proper nutrition to get good results no matter what age you are

  • @p90xreview ok i will thank you!

  • Im going to start tomorrow. Any suggestions???

  • @ZZMann33 - do your best, modify when you need to (they show you how), use the pause button when you need to...and most importantly, follow the nutrition guide...proper nutrition is critical to good results. You can make me your free coach by going to my site at homefitnessfanatic*com and click the link near the top that says "free coaching" and I can help you along the way.

  • @p90xreview Sweet! I'll do that, thanks!

  • how does this work for women? I don't want to get buff. I want lean muscles...

  • @TheWahnow - works great for women too...you won't get buff trust me, women's bodies just don't get bulky like that unless you're training 6 hours a day and taking steroids

  • @p90xreview Thanks!! I am looking into this, and Jillian Michaels... I had twins, so just dieting alone is NOT helping lol it seems like a lot of people find great results with p90x!

  • @TheWahnow - it comes with a nutrition guide too...but yeah, it's almost impossible not to get great results if you follow the workouts and the nutrition guide

  • @p90xreview We ordered it last night. I can't wait to get started!!!

  • Whoa! Nice results man! I'm at day 33 and in the best shape of my life. If you don't mind me asking, did you use supplements? and if so, which ones? Thanks in advance. :)

  • @ShamamalamaSama - thanks man...go to my site and you'll see a post I wrote about which P90X supplements I take

  • That cat is ripped :D

  • @Jayowitz84 - haha, the cat is actually pretty chubby...he needs to work out with me but he just sits there

  • @p90xreview lmfao idk what your talking about. he looks pretty buff. aha Does the P90x actually work though? Planning on buying it.

  • @Jayowitz84 - trust me, he's a fat cat lol...P90X is intense workouts 6 days a week combined with proper nutrition, the only way it doesn't work is if you don't do it. Check out my site for more info and pics homefitnessfanatic*com

  • do you have to buy any weights or anything or do they send everything you need?
