We used to do the cruise with our harley chapter frequently, if the police spent less time trying to catch the motorist and actually policed this to make it safe, it could have brought a nice tourism angle to it, we switched to our annual hogging the thames instead and often raise thousands for charity. this is what the guildford cruise could have done too.
