@snake322 I remember hearing that the stress on the bearings from such a long crankshaft flexing caused them to wear out quickly.... but im not sure so dont quote me

@alna1287 That too. and designing a car with a really long bonnet is a pain in the ass..whatever.

@snake322 probably because of the unneccesary length. making cars with hoods that long is just a waste, which is where the v8 comes in to play.
