Thanks for posting, I stand with you also. My cat Limpy was a victim of bad vet care. She was given the pain med Metacam even though this is on the FDA warning list. Her story is posted on Metacam kills .com.
The state regulatory boards are unwilling to stand up on behalf of the consumer to weed out the "bad professionals". It is up to "us" to speak out and demand the ethical and medical service we pay for and deserve on behalf of our companions.
If it has happened to you, you already tragically know. If it hasn't, it could to: you, your friends, co-workers, or family. Raise awareness, spread the word.
