the ak-74 is a polish tantal 5.45 that i ordered through my gun dealer from their distributors. i live in PA and there not much gun restrictions here. if its legal in your state you can buy from gunbroker(dot)com and have it shipped you your nearest ffl dealer.

hey dude not to be a downer but that is not an AK-74 That is just the CYMA AK-47 Tactical or CPW edition. The 74 is about 7inches shorter.

You're thinking of an AKS-74u. The AK-74 is a modern version of the AK-47 which chambers 5.45x39mm rounds instead of the 7.62x39mm round, you can tell by the angle of the gas tube, the muzzle break, the straighter magazine, as well as some other things I won't go into. The AKS-74u is the same as the AK-74 but with a side-folding stock and a noticeably shorter barrel.
