@ArturoN An obese person should definitely start with a detoxication (sufficient income of plain water, abandoning fatty and refined foods, doing breath exercise...) and RUNNING EVERY day for 700-1000 meters at the same time of the day (without taking a break). If you succeed doing this for three weeks starting to feel a bit better and stronger, include some basic sit-ups and squats. Don't use weights at first, there is no shortcut to a healthy body. Three weeks of discipline is best 4 you now.
We all know this is not a spartan workout because real spartans used all the fancyest equipment. Only fake spartans workout with what they have around them and mostly bodyweight exercises. This guy has no fancy equipment, hes no spartan, its like hes from the bronze age or something geez.
@Qyburnator where do you get those "fancy" equipments?, anyways i dont think even the actor who played who was buffed/lean, whatever as hell, used fancy equipments, he just went to a gym man...
I see. I just watched the last video and sure it gets harder. Ya it probably give you a good work out but I still don't think it deserves the name. There is a big difference between big spongy guns and actual strength. Just my opinion. I challenge this guy to do my previously stated workout unedited. He has my respect if he can.
ya sure, but I know what pussy footing around looks like and I know that the Spartans didn't do any of that. these workouts are probably great for beginners but if you want real strength ramp up the weight and stop looking for some magic workout or supplement. real strength takes determination and guts.
Sorry but this video is plain shameful to the Spartans. This video should really be renamed. The only thing hard about this work out would be the explosive push ups and the pull ups. Here is what I would consider to be a real 300 work out.
2x30 1 arm push ups
30 chin ups
30sec v sit
30 bench (body weight)
30 pull ups
30 dips
30 inverted diamond push ups
60 dips
So also 300 reps, do it in what ever order but the 60 dips should be done last. No thats a workout.

Would it be okay if I could just do these workouts for a while. My brothers say I'm still growing and should just focus on calisthenic workouts.
Jmg1792 11 months ago
@Jmg1792 - 3 week late comment lol. Yeah, if you're still growing do the calisthenic workouts.
However, it still is good that you'd slip in a little pushup session.

i wouldn't do it every day because if u do it one day and rest the next dy that gives it time for tha muscl to build up.
