What program do you have? I have Finale Notepad, and that's pretty cool. Or, if you have a keyboard with a USB port, you can download a program (not sure what it is) to play, and the sheet music is written out.

Very nice improvisation, I'll be patient for the sheet music. I know how much of a pain it can be; the computer hears what it wants. Honestly, I don't know why there's a "play as recorded" and a "play as written" option on a lot of software, if one is recording it, one wants it to be written as it's recorded!
