  • Hey there! You are so funny! Creative too! I needed that posting because I was feeling a little nervous about how I am doing on my quest for a healthy life. No matter what I am making moves in the right directon! THANKS JUMOKE! Hey I think I might try that walking at night or exercising at night idea outside. Never really thought to do it at night. Great Idea! Stars out and everything makes it kinda nice! I just have to be careful and take a walking stick and mace just incase THANKS!

  • oooo spooky scary! Yes. Many folks (lay people) tell me Atkins is going to kill me. But my Dr tells me it's what I should have been doing since forever. So now I'm 3.5 weeks in and have lost 11 lbs, and I feel amazing! Love it... gonna prolly start tuning into shayloss too.

  • That's the truth Jumoke, we don't all move at the same speed, but we all keep moving. As long as it's in the right direction, it does not matter how fast we go. I tend to starve myself one day and make up for it the next. I don't think just a diet is going to work for me. I will have to do some exercise too. I picked up one of those odometers for my mountain bike. By keeping track of the distance, I will be compelled to go further each time. At least, that's the plan.
