There are PCs that are 78% more energy efficient NOW! Imagine what COULD be done if only governments around the world would REGULATE industries to produce goods that are energy efficient & long lasting (it often takes more energy to produce something than it uses in its life.. so making goods durable will also reduce energy consumption globally)
