If you want a real proffesional looking comicbook use the,whole page dont fold it at all, u wont have much room. use SHARPIES. SCAN ur drawing, and ADJUST it to CONTRAST 40+ and the sharpie will look dead black and the paper will look bright white. If u dont do this u get faint lines and grey paper!!

@afrotoad1 use a ruler to make layout boxes, and common sense man jesus, u have to be able to draw, u can't be told how to draw characters and stuff. Go and learn how to draw things in real life, kettles, spoons, trees, animals, people and when u are quite good at that jump into manga/comics and stylize ur art. Create ur own characters. U need to be able to draw urself no one can actually teach u and if they say they can they're lying, they might help slightly but that's at best.

That taping takes a lot of time O.o .. Why not to purchase a sketchbook? Or real comic/manga paper? It will make you look lot more professional ;D

But if you're drawing just for yourself, the printing paper is just fine :3

If you are thinking of publishing your artwork, it's better to draw the pages bigger than the printed size, so it will be easier to draw and you'll be able to draw smaller details better and it won't look smeary, if tiny details are drawn tiny ;D

This is only part 2 but another good thing is Inkers aren't really needed in the world today where most companies editors just take your comic scan it and ink it on the computer themselves such as dark horse. But only some do that, while others really require you to do everything yourself. It be wise to hire a letteror if you want to go solo, because they can be a pain to do sometimes. Everything else just counts on skills hope you all do well and good luck to whichever path you take in life.

This is a great step is you want to make one for fun or for school. But now this is for a real comic. In order for that you are going to need paper printing paper is okay but I prefer a pad called Manga Artist Pad, not because of the name but because the paper for it is perfect. But now the choice is up to you, you can either be a artist, a inker, a writer or a letteror hope I spelled it right. Those would be freelancers and editors actually hire them.

make comics by buying the one inch or half inch binders that way u get nice look u can make your own cover and protect the pages my laminating them but i used to do this as mini sketch books for friends ide make em pay like $2 a book with 10 pictures in it it was a great way to make money if i wanted sumthing for myself or a new manga book :D KEEP GOING DUDE!

Anyone could have made this. Manga is only as good as the work that is put into it. If you're going to make Manga (and/or self publish it) do the style some good and go all out. But..... please...... PLEASE be aware of your own drawing capabilities and build on it and until then don't post unless you are first critiqued by many of your friends. Draw on a full sheet w/ panels and NOT a half sheet. Buy Mechanical and Art utensils and use Manga Studio
