@gabriellajs95 Hurts like help makes sense in context of the song. She wants to get well, move past wallowing in self pity and often breaking out of that hurts. It hurts when you recognize that you're messed up and you need help to get out of it. At least that's what I get from it. I could be wrong, we each have our own interp. Just thought I might throw in my two cents and see if it makes any sense. : )

I can't find an official source where they're listed as anything other than Rock. T&N does have a lot of Christian bands signed, but the label was made after the founder heard music, "whose positive messages inspired music compelled Ebel (the founder) to get more closely involved himself." IFH and other bands on the label have positive messages, but nothing about them screams Christian. Anyone can enjoy the music, but don't just assume it's Christian because it's positive.

@guitarzero1901 I does make sense, though: the whole message of the song is all about hurt people who are complacent about their pain. They shy away from help because it forces them to come out of their depression, which has become a sick sort of comfort zone for them. Accepting help would be painful for them because it forces them to stop dwelling on their own misery and move on with life.

I dunno, I could be wrong, but that makes sense to me.
