No the voice is Matt Berry's. Matt Berry is a very funny comic actor who crops up in lots of places. He played Dixon Bainbridge and various other roles in 'The Mighty Boosh' and also 'Garth Marenghi's Dark Place' a very funny 80's TV Show spoof which you can find on YouTube. In fact the stage show upon which 'Darkplace' was based upon (called 'Garth Marenghi's Neverhead') is where Berry first used the immortal words: "BRING ON THE TRUMPETS!"
