Ron, it looks like you been tanning, which is the first thing I would suggest. You're fair-skinned - tanning makes your muscles look harder. For competition, you're going to have to get your body fat down to almost nothing. As both a doctor and a muscle fan, I think you look damned great as you are, but competition wants you almost dangerously lean. Work on your traps. Do some decline flyes for cut in your lower pecs.

Raise your arms higher in the twist arm pose II, maybe about two inches. Also, pull front shoulder back so the chest is a little more exposed.
