@antonspringford I was right, you really know nothing about dogs. That whole "If a dog wags its tail its happy" is bull. A dog wags their tail for many reasons and it doesn't necessarily mean that they are happy. It can be happy, aggressive, or sad/submissive. A dogs tail as well as their demeanor is how you can tell how a dog is feeling. It is not allowing me to post the websites here so I will try to PM them to you. Also ask a licensed vet, as they know, or should know, more than you.

It clearly describes the way that dog is wagging its tail is happy. The ASPCABehaviour site that YOU sent me says "If he’s really happy, like when he greets you after being apart from you, his tail will wag more forcefully from side to side or might even move in a circular pattern."

@antonspringford Again not necessarily, their whole body can move when they are agitated as well and most of them shake when they are sad as well. Again talk to a dog behaviorist or a vet. There are other tell tail signs that dogs aren't happy. The ears are pinned back, his snout is crinkled even when his teeth aren't bared, he is very alert during most of the video. Your a moron and you will probably never understand so I am done wasting time on you.
