  • WATCH VIDEO: HAARP A SOUND THAT CAN KILL SOMEONE

  • So if the HAARP program succed making a hole in the atmosphere, what then?

Do you really think the air we breath really will stay?

It is made to expand the ionosphere, what do you think will happen if it gets too damaged?

This is serious shit, but i don't know if you realize that?

Of all the secrets in the US by today, what do you think all of these black projects will lead too?

    Doomsday?

Is it just me, or do we have a certain right to know what the hell we are dealing with?

    21 dec?

    Possible!

  • @spectrospirit I believe something will happen. I always had the gift of having the feeling something bad might happen soon, and for some reason, I was pointed here from a vidfeo on another website by coincidence. I believe that whatever that is going on here will be a huge impact on the world as we know it. I dont believe its doomsday, rather a dramastic change in the world. I think it will be a man made mistake we wont be able to fix though.

  • @spectrospirit Agree with you brother, We have 7 cities under attack here in Pakistan, I have uploaded on my channel, the weather of these cities are totally different from all other no tageted areas, We had a massive flood in Indus River, which did not came from Himalya or Korakurum, not from Afghanistan, It was produced when massive rains were suddenly fallen in 300 km long river indus area , So We are facing such INHUMAN CRIMES but our own Govt is silent , May this planet

  • wrotten liar

  • MUST READ.

THE HARRP PATENT!.... AUTHENTIC! IT IS A WEAPON.. ALL THERE IN BLACK AND WHITE!

I do not waste time. I am not a kid. This is the authentic HARRP PATENT!.

    SPREAD THE KNOWLEDGE.

    26/05/2011 United States Patent: 4686605patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?S… 11/14

  • @REZZA2020

Before you start shouting (caps) on the internet, read it again.

What you reference is the Eastlund patent. Not a HAARP patent.

HAARP is just an ionospheric heater capable of heating a small part of the ionosphere by less than 3 microwatts per square centimeter. That is all.

If you had read the Eastlund patent critically instead of thinking you'd found the holy grail, you'd have notice that there is a HUGE difference between those 3 microwatts and Eastlunds requirements.

  • Dude need to upgrade his pc.

  • Puerto Ricans Are trapped cuz they are chosen by aliens to help them take over earth every one just pause at 4.40 in this video

  • I have a theory, I think that the government knows about nibiru and is keeping it from us so it doesn't cause panic, and from what i here about the planet is that if it does come close it would cause disasters all over the world in our climate, so now the government is trying to control the weather with HAARP so IF it does happen they will be able to control the climate. I'm not saying i do believe this but i think its more reasonable then most the theorys i have heard.

  • @MenOnBirthControl What... The... Fuck? If there was ANYTHING close enough to affect Earth you would see it. Its not like NASA is the only people with a Telescope you fucking retard. Nibiru does not exist, Never has, and never will. If there was really a Planet close enough to affect our weather, Haarp wouldn't be able to do a damn thing about it. Please PLEASE for the sake of God, and all who associate with you sanity, Please go back to school, and set through a science class or two... or three

  • @14omega28ok lol fag

  • @MenOnBirthControl LOL Is that supposed to be a insult? Fail troll fail

  • @14omega28ok the alien gods tht dropped us here arent stupid of course there going to make it to were there route coming close to earth is not seen jus like a supernova recently tht has been going on as i type but yet as big as the sun can not be seen on half the earth but in russia as far as i knoe

  • Like Alex Jones said. "Haarp is a jigsaw, it will never be stopped.

  • what is haarp?

  • Most/all of the major natural disasters of the past 10 years have been the direct result of HAARP.

  • Hehe, well, there are alot of maniacs in the Pentagon, hard to pick one from the other.

  • OH BOY HERE WE GO

    Fallout, here we come.

  • Cool beans!

  • Thank you haarp, now i dont want to live in alaska... It was my dream till now...

  • @dovydas911 doesnt matter anyways, think about it.since 1991the world weather has changed, look into that

  • @thinker58 so is it healthy to live near that HAARP stuff? if it is I'm going to live there...

  • @dovydas911 Its safe to say, id rather live in alaska where the weather seems to stay the same... but since Haarp was created there has been a lot of alien activity around those towns near HAARP ( Paranormal activity? or that newly created movies based on the true stories of abductions in alaska)

  • electronic warfare in operation FM 3-36 ~ !

  • Time to buy raytheon stock

  • @coastalorphan LOL Word!

  • the only people who can believe this crap about weaponry have no knowledge of basic physics and chemistry.

  • Where is HAARP? Alaska, Canada. Who runs Canada? The Queen & the Monarchies. So why are CBC stating the US is part of the conspiracy?

  • @1ove1000

    Alaska is UNITED STATES.

You really have put yourself in an embarrassing position, showing how ignorant you are of such basic knowledge.

    .

Canada is run by a Canadian Parliament and a Canadian Prime Minister. The British queen is only a figure head.

  • @etniks69

Theres seems to be alot of CONFUSION surrounding that.

"You really have put yourself in an embarrassing position, showing how ignorant you are of such basic knowledge" Sounds like a typical troll reply.

    Only..LOL.

  • @1ove1000

Muchachito pendejo. Te crees my chistosito y solo tratas de tapar el hecho de que eres un pinche pendejo ignorante.

  • Conspiracy Theorists should stop to smoke marihuana and starts to work! live a normal life and do not take care about everything that happens! Go work dude, and you probably will wish waste your time with more important things!

  • fuck them "Benard Eastons zapper" the US govt took Telsa notes when he died

and before they shipped them back to europe they copied them

telsa had blue prints for a death ray, wireless communication, and free global electricity

  • @skillz139

It's not that someone is keeping stuff from you that they don't want you to know.

It's that you are keeping stuff from yourself, that you don't want to know.

Such as the fact that none of the Tesla ideas you mentioned worked.

  • @LazyJones1

none of the ideas i mentioned were fully funded enough to work

the plug was pulled on a lot of theses inventions because investors didn't wanna spend so much money

  • @skillz139

No, the very IDEAS didn't work.

Put them together today, just the way they were thought up, and they wouldn't do what was claimed about them.

    Just like Leonardo's helicopter.

    It's all myth.

  • WHY ALWAYS MILITARY COVER IT UP WITH BULLSHIT WHEN EVIDENCE IS SO CLEARLY TRUE??

  • Whew, come on lady you need yer freakin head checked!

  • The name reminds me of something out of the Golden Compass series....

  • PROject lol

  • Deep Throat :D

  • rated PG for PHUCKIN GULLIBLE

  • Her "deep throat"?

  • No need for 100 billion watts. They spray barium/strontium in the troposphere/stratosphere/ionosphere atmospheric regions.

  • that dude in the brown suit is such a fuckin lizard

  • what blows my mind is that this is an old as shit video, what the fuck can haarp do now?!

  • @hophoopine create hurricanes, earthquakes, and other "natural disasters" that you may have heard of on the news....

  • @trey003 which IS PART OF PROJECT BLUE BEAM

    AAAAAAAAAAH

  • people who think this is bulshit are just sheep that think the world will be ok no matter what...too many ppl are like that now a days, times are a changin and some ppl just cant let go -.-

  • @hophoopine

People like you make me so angry. Are you not a sheep too for blindly following what some conspiracist says?

  • @PureCX I think the same thing. No one will ever know the truth.. and thats what makes it sort of an obsession for people. Meh, just live your life and be happy and be a good person.. just as long as people dont destroy our way of life.

  • @PureCX people like YOU make me angry! when the fuck did i say im believing ANYTHING that came out of ANYONES mouth?!?!? your just fuckin ignorant. i do a little research about shit that seems suspicious, you know? cross referencing? doing what the internet was made for? i dont buy into shit unless i get solid info from my 3 friends: google, youtube, and wikipedia...n dont gimme any shit about wikipedia. it has its faults but its a good place to start. FUCK im done with this...

  • god, kill these guys

  • people with no understanding of what they are talking about should save their selves the humility and not type the comment

  • Amazing that anybody believes this crappolla.

  • SO FUCKIN SICK OF THE WORLD POWERS TRYING TO PLAY GOD!

  • Time is money:

    watch?v=8myK7XuTNdA

  • great coverage of the situation from a while back, as a fellow Canadian I'm glad CBC picked this up for the benefit of awareness.

  • apparently jim roderick 4:30 died in 2002. Too bad, he seemed like a smart bloke. I'd like to here more about his research from back then. This video is old!

  • WHY WOULD ANYONE DISLIKE IT,IT IS SO EDUCATING?

  • @lezlow111

Educating? As in documenting what some people believe, yes.

NOT documenting the conspiracy. They never did that. Watch it again.

  • nasa said the suns manatic field will flip not earths, but our ozone is weakinin and the whole is or was at a record size this year. haarp is rite in te centre of the ozone whole above canada actin as a protective shield, let it do its job, we the human are rite tis time, we can save ourselves with touh science

  • Haha her deepthroat

  • makes perfect sense...why do you think the government made it mandatory to leave the east coast when hurricane irene was coming...they didn't have power for a couple of weeks. they used haarp to make the hurricane dissipate! not including the awkward earthquake of virginia. pfft...they are slimy buggers.

  • This is so deeply disturbing.

No one making these far out claims can provide any kind of evidence, and not even this program uncovered any evidence.

    It's all speculative.

Where is the scientific formula that proves it can do what they think it can? - Doesn't exist.

  • Salty potatoes

  • So is HAARP the start of the downward debt in the US government?

  • Comment removed

  • Dear Mr Obama...Are you stupid ? Have you been so utterly misguided by those arrogant retards who really think we are all just mindless sheep that we swallow every piece of bullshit that falls out of the faces of those other commercialized retards that sell this to the general public daily , Please Mr Obama do NOT PRY on our intelligence not all of us are so outrageously stupid. Some of us even think 9/11 and your BS Wars on terror are nothing more than a giant corporate HJ resource grab .

  • Imagine if all the poop, ever pooped in the ENTIRE WORLD, suddenly fell on you. I think that is what HAARP is capable of doing.

  • If anyone has any technically-based response to this, please let me know. If you are going to spout things like "impossible", "doesn't exist", "ridiculous", and "conspiracy", then there is no use for you. Your response is meaningless and has no bases other than in your emotions at the time.

Technical responses as to how HAARP could not work from a scientific/engineering standpoint would be of value, anything else is a worthless waste of text.

  • 3:35 This guy is so obviously lying through his teeth. Notice his facial expression. He looks nauseous like he's going to vomit. This is a tell tale sign that some is lying.

  • HAARP can only deliver a few hundred watts maximum of 'effective' energy to the ionosphere. Someday WHEN the underground natural gas powered MHD generators turn out trillions! of watts, then... maybe, you can scale that up to what MIGHT do some weather modification, but until then, even a billion watts! at the antenna array, is NOT enough, and HAARP claims, they don't transmit more than 3 million watts!

  • the most reasonable conclusion is the parker-stone theory: that the government completely made up all these conspiracies (haarp, nwo, 911 inside job, etc) to give the illusion of them harboring all this sinister power, to keep all you gullible loons perpetually afraid. there are no world domination plans, jews don't control everything, we don't control the weather, we didn't take down the towers. but they want you to believe they did, because perception of power is still power.

  • OUR GOVERNMENTS LEFT TO THEIR OWN DEVICES ARE DUMBER THAN

MUD AND ONLY THINK SCARED GUINEA THOUGHTS THAT GO LIKE THIS:

    WHEEEEE WHEEEEEEEWWWHEEEEEEEEE (squeal piggy!@) WHEEEEEEEE!!

people power is how SHIT gets DONE not crazy fukin franken govt experiments.

  • @3:33 LIE LIE LIE LIE LIE LIE LIE LIE.. He is Making shit up

  • @adam3176 how do you know?

  • SAY GROUND-BASED STAR WARS WEAPON PROTOTYPE ONE MORE TIME MOTHER FUCKER I DARE YOU

  • make weather, not control it is my guess

  • "Conspiracy Theorist Nick Begich". What a logical fallacy. Appeal to ridicule. Simply ridicule somebody and that makes whatever they say false. By the way Nick Begich is a Doctor of Medicine (Medicina Alternitiva), honoris causa, for independent work in health and political science, from The Open International University for Complementary Medicines, Colombo, Sri Lanka, in November 1994.

  • @stevesilence first of all, that "credential" has nothing to do with radio physics or atmospheric science or geology in general. secondly, maybe if his work was done at an internationally recognized and/or accredited university, it'd still mean nothing, since it's not relevant to the topic. look at this "university" 's website--riddled with spelling/grammar errors, looks like a geocities website. real skeptics do their homework, instead of buying conspiracy bullshit.

  • lol, if this was true, that the americans could control the weather. i suggest you stop hurricane irene. but they are not, this is totally Sci-Fi. you will never be able to control the weather.

  • @TheSinghFIRE never say never. By firing microwaves in to a cloud you excite the water molecules (heat) and dissipate cloud formations. Aim them higher like up into the ionosphere you excite electrons turning O2(oxygen) into 03 (ozone) and help block solar radiation. They are trying to remove CO2 crystals from the upper atmosphere to combat global warming using this technology. It has good intentions but of course it could be used for bad but why?

  • @TheSinghFIRE lol, like they would stop it, dont you remember what they did in 9/11 to their own people. they dont care.

  • @Darknss2Light that was for a reason. this is totally different.

  • @TheSinghFIRE Its actually not Sci-Fi, those are the actual capabilities of the technology. Its pretty straightforward.

  • @Stillwater900 Okay, If its pretty straightfoward. You do it. Show me all the equations to prove it can happen. Then i'll show my physics lecturer at my university, to get a second opinion.

  • @TheSinghFIRE Not sure where any equations come into this, its long been know that energy can be transported long distances using scalal waves. Heres the application section for the HAARP patent: "Cause total disruption of all forms of communications over a very large portion of the Earth; missile or aircraft destruction, deflection or confusion; weather modification by altering solar absorption, also altering composition of the atmosphere."

  • @Stillwater900

    "the HAARP patent"

Wrong. You are quoting the Eastlund patent.

  • @Stillwater900 how can it be known without any mechanism (which requires an equation) and data based on that mechanism? you're just saying words based on an unfounded idea. and, if any of this were true, why would we even be fighting any of our dumb wars instead of using this technology to dominate? to "keep up the appearance" of not having it at all? then what's the point?

you really need to think out your claims to their logical conclusions.

  • @frustratedlogician Without any mechanism? Theres a gigantic array of high power, high-frequency phased array radio transmitters in Alaska. If domination ever IS needed it will be used, wars are never meant to won, just sustained. I remember I think a senator or congressman saying "We could have won Vietnam if the politicians would've let us." Wars about money, the bankers loan to one side and sell weapons to another, keeping it up as long as the citizens tolerate. Cont...

  • @Stillwater900 1st, your other points are not related. 2nd, you wrote "Theres a gigantic array of high power, high-frequency phased array radio transmitters in Alaska." that's NOT a mechanism. mechanism doesn't mean machine, it means plausible way it does what you claim. there needs to be equations, involving both radio wave physics and atmospheric physics, and data plugged into those equations to support your claim. otherwise, you're just making things up and/or repeating made up stuff.

  • @frustratedlogician You fool, you asked me why we wouldn't use it in war, theres your explanation. I guess now you expect me to spend an hour tediously researching and gathering info and "equations" for you, but I've for news for you; this is not a peer-reviewed journal, and neither of us are scientists. Go find those equations yourself.

  • @Stillwater900 guess what, i DID look for peer reviewed articles on it, i DID look into the people who promote this idea, and there's no actual evidence it can do any of those things you and others say it does, and no real physicists support the idea. you just admitted, "i'm not going to look it up and see if it's real but still talk about it alot." that's not a good study skill. you might as well say it's magic. but wait... conspiracy theorists don't need evidence, you JUST KNOW!!

  • Comment removed

  • @Stillwater900

"Theres a gigantic array of high power, high-frequency phased array radio transmitters in Alaska"

    And?

"We could have won Vietnam if the politicians would've let us."

    Sure. Nukes would've done it.

"Wars are NEVER, NEVER fought for "freedom" or "democracy" or "terror," EVER."

Your history book appears quite dusty. Try opening it.

  • @frustratedlogician And they collect MASSIVE interest at the end of the war. Wars are NEVER, NEVER fought for "freedom" or "democracy" or "terror," EVER. It was declassified that the Gulf of Tonkin incident, which got us into Vietnam, NEVER HAPPEND, it was 100% staged. It also came out that FDR provoked the Japanese into bombing Pearl Harbor by freezing their assets and cutting off exports of raw materials. There was also numerous warning signs that he deliberately ignored

  • @Stillwater900

"It was declassified that the Gulf of Tonkin incident, which got us into Vietnam, NEVER HAPPEND"

Wrong. It happened. There were 2 incidents behind the resolution, and only one of them appeared to have no vietnamese vessels involved. The other incident remains real.

"It also came out that FDR provoked the Japanese into bombing Pearl Harbor"

It was their expansion plans, not his actions, that did it.

And what he did has never been a secret. You're being disingenuous.

  • Fail military Guy. You become nervous when your on the spot.

  • obama not a liar and the army was rotten from the United States that killed osama I was sent from God to stop the new government order the Illuminati, and I also end up with obama he's on the devil lucifer obama I'll kill you my name Antonio Carlos and I live in Brazil Rio de Janeiro and will kill obama illuminati and all that and a promise

  • I will destroy the HAARP will kill all illuminati Jehovah God governs this world not the illuminati lucifer'm not sent from God I will hunt all the Illuminati one by one, Osama is already dead I killed God bless me pray for me and I worship his reign it will not end the era of the Illuminati ta coming to an end will kill beyonce

  • @antonio123456760 What did Beyonce do?

  • We are breathing robots.

  • @Ilisbaani now why do you think that in america they put "crazy" people in padded rooms and are medicated? Because these are the people that wont let america brainwash them with their typical teqnique so the need to be force to a brainwash with the use of medication. Let me tell you something, living the way you live is just the same as being in a padded room. Blind from the reality and sucked into misery. I dont believe in every single conspirancy but just by logic and common sense i know that

  • why do they interview half these people in the dark, only lighting up their eyes/face with diagonal camera shots. they really are looking to make them appear wacky!

  • 3:35 "uhh umm uh ummm uhhhhhh" you lying piece of shit

  • you'll neva kno

  • Conspiracy theorist = People who think for themselves. The rest of you whether you believe THIS or not are just false info feed robots!

  • @Pressbaby

Non-CT's: People who think for themselves AND then looks into the validity of the ideas they come up with - check them against known facts, observations and physical laws.

Something is seriously missing in the heads of conspiracy theorists.

  • @LazyJones1 Your opinion is just that. Case and point. Relevance? None.

  • @Pressbaby

    The relevance is reality.

All these conspiracy theories are pure fantasy, with nothing in the way of evidence to back them up.

Why is it that not a single radio scientist supports these claims? Not ONE!

Where are the formulas and equations, the data and calculations that prove these claims? They don't exist.

First of all because no one making these crazy claims has the abilities to come up with such scientific documentation, and second of all because - it is pure fantasy!

  • @LazyJones1 too bad interweb nuts don't appeal to reason. i heard about this claim, and it's pretty out there. the people talking about this don't realize radio waves are all around us, all the time. they even claim it causes earthquakes... i would say, "don't bother debating these people," but while you may never get through to the loonies, otherwise reasonable non-science people will hopefully see posts like yours and appeal to logic. but maybe i'm naively optimistic.

  • @frustratedlogician If you don't believe HAARP is real, then you are simply wrong. As a veteran engineer (EE) for many years that has also researched atmospherics, I can tell you that the science and possible application of HAARP is very real and there is evidence of it being used.

    Research and learn.

  • @thedailydigestorg

HAARP is real, but the conspiracy theories about the place, and about the capabilities are completely ridiculous and utterly baseless.

  • @LazyJones1 "completely ridiculous" is not an assessment based in science or engineering. It is an emotional response from lack of understanding of science and engineering.

As a veteran engineer of some 20 years (EE), and someone who has researched atmospheric interaction with radio wave propagation while designing communications systems, I can tell you that HAARP is real, is possible, and from evidence that I have seen, is being used.

Believe what you wish, but you are wrong.

  • @thedailydigestorg

"I can tell you that HAARP is real, is possible, and from evidence that I have seen, is being used."

You're not bringing any arguments to the debate yourself. All you have is an argument from (personal) authority.

And you keep dodging the issue: WHAT is it, you think HAARP is capable of, exactly?

  • @LazyJones1 I don't need an argument. I have my expert opinion from years of experience in my field. Unless you are schooled, trained, and have worked for many years in the fields that deal with this sort of propagation, then you have no business addressing the issue.

If you wish to know what HAARP is capable of you will need to research the government papers on HAARP that are available from government sites on the Net. The capabilities are beyond the scope of a text box.

  • @thedailydigestorg

Still sticking to the argument from authority, claiming no actual argument is needed, AND still dodging the issue of what exactly you are claiming it is capable of.

    You must be a troll.

I have done research on HAARP, both the official documents and the peer reviewed papers - and there is nothing to indicate that HAARP has any influence on the weather, or any weather phenomenon.

It is an ionospheric heater, doing ionospheric research. Only the ionosphere is affected.

  • @LazyJones1 Your nick says it all. I will give you a bit of help, since your ability to research is so limited.

Different frequencies will affect different layers of the atmosphere. Just as different color lasers will penetrate through the epidermis and dermis to different degrees for medical use, different frequencies affect different parts of the atmosphere.

Go try again. And don't attempt to insult those that might be able to teach you, lest you remain in the dark.

  • @thedailydigestorg if troll, well done good sir, else:

This is not science.. and why the dermis metaphor? It clarifies nothing, are you trying to look intelligent? If i was an idiot i might have thought you were intelligent but now it makes you look suspicious.. btw, different frequencies of what? EMR? Are you suggesting there is a giant microwave emitter that can excite the molecules in billions of cubic kilometers of air? Something, say, with the energy of the sun? Really?

  • @Proxima256 Because you are a very young and have not had the chance to study electrical engineering and propagation characteristics of radio waves of different frequencies, I won't insult you as you have tried to insult me.

If you wish to know how HAARP works and the technical capabilities, do what thousands before you have done - go research it. Don't presume to come into a forum on Youtube and think you can insult your way to being right. Especially when you have no background to do so.

  • @thedailydigestorg

    1) How do you know my age? These assumptions are what cause you to believe in obvious bullshit.

    2) I do not believe that you studied electrical engineering, no qualified engineer would ever be satisfied with a response " I don't need an argument. I have my expert opinion from years of experience in my field."

    3) What insult? I said you look suspicious. This is not an insult, it is an observation.

You have not given one piece of scientific evidence, please do so or shutup

  • @Proxima256 Research is part of my career and very easy.

You're a 21 year old boy according to several of your online accounts. You probably want to appear older, but you do not.

Doesn't really matter what you believe. I have the background to prove it, so the thoughts of a child are irrelevant.

It's not up to me to give you anything, including "one piece of evidence". Go find it on your own. I don't do your research for you. I'm not here to convince you. I'm here to build consensus.

  • @LazyJones1 And to think that there was a time when everyone thought the world was flat! What were they thinking?!!

  • @LazyJones1 That url does not exist.

  • @DJMforever

    "That url does not exist"

    wikipedia . org/wiki/Myth_of_the_Flat_Earth

    It exists and works perfectly.

If you simply copy-pasted it, then I have to point out 2 things:

    1. I added spaces to bypass YouTube's filter, which does not allow actual URL's. Just remove the spaces.

    2. If your browser is set up properly, a search engine will take over when the url is incorrect, giving you it's search result for the "broken" URL. In most cases, this will give you the very link as the result.

  • @LazyJones1 It doesn't exist. It takes you to Wikipedia which says "Wikipedia does not have an article with this exact name".

  • @DJMforever

Then simply enter this into google and go the the first result:

    "flat earth myth"

  • @LazyJones1 i suggest the lecture here on youtube:

Angels Still Don't Play This HAARP - FULL LENGTH

THAN you move your fingers though the keyboard,to deny without investigation is also far away from reality

  • @GabrielDhalaman

What about that video is convincing to you?

I saw it years ago, and I don't much feel like sitting through it again.

  • @LazyJones1 Weather manipulation for military purposes is done(as far as i know)since the Project Popeye on Vietnam, wich was real, approved by the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Defense in 1966.HAARP is only a technological advance and it will be much more than it is today in the future. Bernard J. Eastlund's U.S. Patent # 4,686,605, "Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere; and/or Magnetosphere",a patent about the project."Reason",please

  • @GabrielDhalaman

Again, the cloud seeding attempted in Vietnam has nothing at all in common with HAARP, and calling HAARP an advancement of that, is like calling the moon race an advancement of bike riding.

Two completely different approaches to two completely different tasks.

Eastlund's patent is for a fictional ionospheric heater, that has never been built, and would require several hundred times the power of HAARP.

  • @GabrielDhalaman 1-IT ACTUALLY IS an advance of popeye project, not specifically, but its weather warfare as well,so it depends on wich bike race you´re talking about.,but go on "ionosphere submarine"kiddo

2-So you are missing this point on the Eastlund´s patent:"Weather modification is possible by, for example, altering upper atmosphere wind patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device".

  • @GabrielDhalaman

Eastlund dreamt that up in order to attract funding.

Furthermore, his ionospheric heater according to his own patent, requires at least several hundred times the power that HAARP has available.

The sun already hammers the ionosphere with a force thousands and thousands of times more powerful than HAARP's effect. And this is world-wide - not some small area - all day long, every day of the bloody year.

HAARP's effect is negligible and temporary.

  • @LazyJones1 "Eastlund dreamt that up in order to attract funding."

Just laughed here...the guy "dreamed" ,he invented that,he made such a thing up,thats the argument when you clearly see an oficial HAARP patent talking about weather control...ok

The second paragraph i answered on the other video, you dont know how many haarp like facilities could be use at the same time to generate those hundreds you are talking about,AND if he made that comment he knows the necessary of it.Anyway,HAARP(cont

  • @GabrielDhalaman

Eastlund's patent probably works fine. It's the impact he imagines it can have on the ionosphere, that he dreamt up.

And again: Eastlund's patents have nothing to do with HAARP. There is no HAARP patent talking about weather control.

There is only one HAARP facility, the one in Alaska. There are other, weaker ionospheric heaters around the world, between 5 and 10 in total, of which not even 1 can reach the area of the sky that HAARP targets, and vice versa.

  • @LazyJones1 (cont)ANYWAY HAARP could generate 3.6 billion watts when it had only 48 antenas, now there are more than 180 antenas as far as i know it(the plans for 2006 were 180,now should be more).Eastlund knew very well that even 3.6 billion should be enough for a specifical heat of the ionosphere, dont you dare to say that does not heat the ionosphere not a bit."The sun already hammers the ionosphere..."The sun hammers it naturally and from outside of the Earth, not from inside pushing the(cont)

  • @GabrielDhalaman

"The sun hammers it naturally and from outside of the Earth"

    The difference being?

You've pointed out a fact, but evaded listing a relevant consequence.

  • @LazyJones1 Continuing the sun hammers the earth from out to inside,i can´t imagine what would happen if the sun does the opposite, from inside to outside of the Earth. And it hammers the planet not on a 2.8-10 MHz region of the hf band.HAARP may be temporary, but temporary enough.Tell me,if this is all imagination from "conspirary theorists"(reminding you that i can call your and the oficial "submarine and oil search"excuse a good conspiracy as well),why U.S. Secretary of Defense William Cohen in

  • @GabrielDhalaman

"HAARP may be temporary, but temporary enough."

Enough for a negligible effect that is completely gone mere minutes after the experiment. This has been documented by every single experiment done by every single ionospheric heater used.

Your uninformed assumption that it has a damaging effect is not an argument. It's pure speculation.
