@christieyamm No we did not get any make-up supplies in our kit as our school in PA is not a "big" make-up focused school. I have heard people say that other schools such as in NY have those programs....and I heard that they just purchased a BIG make-up school in CA....so look into that.

I am starting Empire on November 15th. I am so nervous because I am not attractive at all, and all these girls there are beautiful. I am afraid I am not going to fit in. =(

@armyluv90 its not all about looks....you have to be confident and comfortable with yourself. dont go there and get hung up on looks. there is too much to learn.
I did the same thing before I started school....and there was nothing worth watching.
@BritneyDigitalLive my instructor told us that we would not have homework but if someone thinks that they can go thru this whole program and not study at home, etc is plain ol crazy. lol I read over my book in the evenings.
as long as you have the drive and are focused you will be fine.
@banderson7912 I haven't started yet my program starts in Jan '11 and the school I will be attending is my local Community College in North Carolina.The program is 2 years I believe. I can't wait to start
