As an Indian I would love to go to Kashmir and enjoy its enormous beauty without having to worry about the terrorism.
But our government hasn't helped to resolve the situation neither has Pakistan and its the Kashmiris that have suffered because of it
Maybe we could let Kashmir be independent from India with us still guarding its borders and make it a tourism hub and invest tremendous amount of money in its infrastructure
I bet Kashmiris and Indians will be more than happy with this idea
