First of all it's a "Fan Project" so they dont want people to pay for it, also the guys working on this mod are using Valve's Source Engine as well as models and content from Valve's game Half-Life. Making a actual game with them or provide it for money would be illegal.

No, the mod is made with the standard modtools designed for making materials for the PC, and does not include development of consoles - so I doubt you will get it for XBOX360
