I guess the video here would reach more people but I liked the way those 7 techniques were presented better in the Wisdom Quest biofeedback Journey to the Wild Divine since it gave more actual practice on how to recognize different peaceful states in your own body and mind so you could apply them to your own experience.

Great message, Deepak! IMO, peace can't be achieved by any superficial means as long as people live in the mode of ignorance. Like you once said that knowledge is like light and one little candle can remove the darkness in the whole room. Peace is a byproduct of acquiring knowledge. But for that to happen, people need to be willing to listen.
