Steroids isn't what makes you big. People think you can just take steroids and look like these guys. I think this video shows pretty well what these bodybuilders go though on a daily (or at least 5 days a week) basis. I can't remember the last time I puked while strength training.

That good guys keep that rolling..all u guys got a lots of weight so it natural that gona be harder for u to do all that rotation round..how many rep are u guys doin in each set? this is what me and my mate are doin in titan gym..30reps each set rotation of 4 differ workout no rest! 5-8set
9-10 differ workout on 1 musle group...everyday is harder and harder sweat is not-ing steam is something else..
I like how there's always someone who doesn't know anything about bodybuilding claiming it's "all drugs". Do you guys know how many bodybuilders do "drugs" and still don't look like this? It's a disciplined lifestyle that a very small percentage of the population could even dream to have.
Lift the heaviest weight you can do 8 reps with for 3 sets. Do basic movements for each body part following that rule 1 day a week. Then, eat every 2-3hrs that you are awake. Eat meat... and carbs. i think they only train like this during the last month of so before a competition to delete glycogen and reload before a contest. this is one of those training style that you could burn out real quick on and there is no way this is a year round training because they arent lifting heavy enough to put that mass on
When you near a competition, they cut down their food intake and everything else. They need to basically dehydrate themselves. When you workout it's VERY important to keep your water intake up. At this point they are extremely week compared to the rest of the year. And yes, people literally puke at that point. I've seen it.

@karakdaking yup milos use to compete with lee haney and shaun ray back in the 80s and the 90s he was a very good builder but his knowledge was something to compete with. This guy is highly respected and greatly sought after by most new commers he is a regular Charles glass

You're right. It can work if you are using a lot of proteins (proteink + dextrose shake DURING workout) and after workout. Steroids are welcomed, too. So, for us involved in NATURAL hardcore bodybuilding, it'll not work. :)
It's considered hardcore because they're giant sets. Which means they did hack squats, smith squats, leg extensions, leg presses, and dumbbell lunges, one after another with no rest, then repeated that sequence 3 more times. As a general rule of thumb, 1/3 of the weight you use normally is used during the giant sets since there is only maybe 5-10 seconds of rest between the exercises, as opposed to 60 seconds or more in conventional training.
the only way this can be hardcore, is that if they have done all these sets in a single circuit..... otherwise semi squatting less than 60 kilos on a smith is something someone trained for just a week might do...... and the way he took his hands off the bar when he was smith squatting actually made me puke

I did this workout this morning. It was amazing! I'm a big fan of high-intensity weight training like this...people dis it, but it works for competitors who actually eat, supplement and rest correctly. This style of training is NOT for people who lift 3 times a week, eat 3 times a day and get wasted 3 nights in a row.

this type of workout (moderate to high reps with very short rest) is actually a really good way to get a cardio workout in and build muscle at the same time. so dont diss it. its very similar to Charles Poliquin's germany body comp workout program.
It seems like he's the guy you go workout with at about 6 weeks out from a show by looking at the type of training he uses. His training methods seem to be geared towards bringing out detail in the muscle and burning fat versus building muscle.

i usuallyn train Yates style H.I.T, but i decieded to try this style. it really is hardcore if you use a moderate amount of weight. gives an awesome pump also

I do legs twice a week, one heavy day and giant set day ( which i do Milos' leg routine) ...which is really mostly cardio. See the run down of the exercises under dennis wolfs videos. peace
They workout hard but if I did these guys exact workouts i would look nothing like them. Its all drugs. They even admit it and still fruitcakes on these posts deny it and say you can get like this naturally, hahaha. I know a professional bodybuilder and he even told me its impossible to get like this naturally.
But it's true... the only way to train naturally is HIT. If you train like in the video above, you NEED to take roids to grow bigger. Check out Markus Reinhardt videos here on youtube. That guy looks better than all above in the video, and he only trains appr. 1:30 a week, of course without roids.

I agree with dukemanjapan, there all doing super sets going from one machine to another without any breaks until they finish there first set, but i dont understand why they are vomitting? if you eat before you train u shouldnt be vomitting.
Fighter2056: I'm sure you would agree that you shouldn`t eat anything 90-120 min before working out. As far as the vomitting goes, I tried pyramiding down with squats once, did 4 or 5 sets in a row while shedding the weight each time, with only 10-15 sec rest between each set. Afterwards, I felt really dizzy and was close to vommitting. You should try it sometime! ;)
Milos workouts are for UFC fighters/ They attack only the cardiovascular. Of course the routine is difficult. I agree with dexter jackson, push heavy to get big Vary you angles to add symmetry and beauty. Milos was had a fitness model body. Ask Dorian how to get big or Ronnie. Push max weight with strict form to get big. I feel Milos is using this as advertising his business and of course he has a right to. Period

You're right. It can work if you are using a lot of proteins (proteink + dextrose shake DURING workout) and after workout. Steroids are welcomed, too. So, for us involved in NATURAL hardcore bodybuilding, it'll not work. :)

It's considered hardcore because they're giant sets. Which means they did hack squats, smith squats, leg extensions, leg presses, and dumbbell lunges, one after another with no rest, then repeated that sequence 3 more times. As a general rule of thumb, 1/3 of the weight you use normally is used during the giant sets since there is only maybe 5-10 seconds of rest between the exercises, as opposed to 60 seconds or more in conventional training.

the only way this can be hardcore, is that if they have done all these sets in a single circuit..... otherwise semi squatting less than 60 kilos on a smith is something someone trained for just a week might do...... and the way he took his hands off the bar when he was smith squatting actually made me puke

I did this workout this morning. It was amazing! I'm a big fan of high-intensity weight training like this...people dis it, but it works for competitors who actually eat, supplement and rest correctly. This style of training is NOT for people who lift 3 times a week, eat 3 times a day and get wasted 3 nights in a row.

this type of workout (moderate to high reps with very short rest) is actually a really good way to get a cardio workout in and build muscle at the same time. so dont diss it. its very similar to Charles Poliquin's germany body comp workout program.

It seems like he's the guy you go workout with at about 6 weeks out from a show by looking at the type of training he uses. His training methods seem to be geared towards bringing out detail in the muscle and burning fat versus building muscle.

They workout hard but if I did these guys exact workouts i would look nothing like them. Its all drugs. They even admit it and still fruitcakes on these posts deny it and say you can get like this naturally, hahaha. But it's true... the only way to train naturally is HIT. If you train like in the video above, you NEED to take roids to grow bigger. Check out Markus Reinhardt videos here on youtube. That guy looks better than all above in the video, and he only trains appr. 1:30 a week, of course without roids.

Fighter2056: I'm sure you would agree that you shouldn`t eat anything 90-120 min before working out. As far as the vomitting goes, I tried pyramiding down with squats once, did 4 or 5 sets in a row while shedding the weight each time, with only 10-15 sec rest between each set. Afterwards, I felt really dizzy and was close to vommitting. You should try it sometime! ;)

Milos workouts are for UFC fighters/ They attack only the cardiovascular. Of course the routine is difficult. I agree with dexter jackson, push heavy to get big Vary you angles to add symmetry and beauty. Milos was had a fitness model body. Ask Dorian how to get big or Ronnie. Push max weight with strict form to get big. I feel Milos is using this as advertising his business and of course he has a right to. Period
