Mozilla Firefox, my friend. Get an add-on that allows you to download .FLV and .MP4 files, and simply take the video of YouTube with it, and then convert it to a MP3 file, open up an audio editing program, and simply delete the bits where it's silent, then connect your phone to your computer and place it on the phone, then set it as your ring tone. :)
