Anyway, the melody was the star, and not in the definition-of-a-string-quartet­ way; the other parts were too sparse (except it worked for the cello... which also seemed to be the 2nd loudest. maybe that's why) And you also had to deal with that extra stuff going on. "BEST COVER" it certainly is not. A much better string arrangement done by a quartet on yt is for Prisoner of Love. Now that's pretty good for what it is.

I really appreciate the fact that whoever arranged the music didn't focus on the American/English version. Besides, the Nippon version is so much better, so much more raw and beautiful, and thus, Simple and Clean ^_^.

But one comment, to whoever has the melody, please use a position (like 3rd) instead of Fnatural on the E string. Other than that, practice expressionism! Its and emotional song :)

@Arielle22194 Except the title of the omg Nippon kawaii DESU ^_^ version is "Hikari", not "Simple and Clean". Just had to point that out. And there isn't enough of a difference between the two to be "so much more blah blah blah" (unlike Passion and Sanctuary) for people to carry on about it.

This was good really good, but what shoulda been added was a Double Bass. And The 2nd Violin and Viola I could barely hear you guys. Solo Violin was great. And I was really hoping that the soloist would have double stringed the piece a little and went into her own little world with it. The Cellist . . . Blew my mind I would had added an accompanied solo in addition, that's why there should have been a double bass so there could be an chord playing accompaniment. But great guys.
