@GertjanSluimer2 Because the Lamp is parented to a vertex (Vertex Parent), not to an object, and since vertices don't have rotation axis, the spot doesn't rotate, which is the desired behavior.

Shadow disappears? is the Clip Start/End, to avoid rendering far too close/away from the lamp (optimizing times).
The shadow doesn't has to be on a plane, it will be displayed in every surface that is enabled to receive shadows.
If you want the other way around, you could just enable OnlyShadow + Ztransp, that way it would not render the object itself but just the shadow on it.
Please make a video about your last point since your description is poor, I can't tell what the error is. PEBKAC? :)

I think my problem with python is that it is so different to basic (my first language). I have tried to convert but due to college and other stuff I never have time to apply myself properly.
lol man... That's the same problem i had here... my first language was vb6 it was so cool but i hate it now cause C, C++, python and many other languages doesn't have anything to do with it... neither syntax nor anything.
I did the shadow on a build of Apricot but how can we apply them when the game start? Shadows work for the real-time preview but not in the real-time game...
why the spot dont turns when the player turns ?

@GertjanSluimer2 yes, vertices are those little dots you see in Edit Mode, you can create individual vertices by hitting Ctrl+Left Click.
Between 2 vertices you can create an edge (F key), between Edges you can create faces (same hotkey).

it's sucky -- the shadow sometimes just dissapears and how the hell do you make it so it shows alpha not a solid plane (as the shadow).
also, the shadow just moves out of place. if you don't belive, i'll make a video!
