It's important to note that it was the initial design of the Pro One that Agassi disliked. The Ltd. edition was fairly comparable to the Original Graphite (aka: Graphite Classic) that he entered the pro tour with. I've always wondered how he thought he'd get away with a painted Prince..........there was no way to hide the throat stabilizer that only the Graphite had.
Correct. CampbellScot has no idea what's he's talking about. After the short debacle with the first version, the frame was stiffened, and Agassi was said to be very happy with it, and continued playing with it through winning his first Wimbledon title, before Donnay could no longer pay him, and he moved to Head.
The "real" Pro-Ones were made in Belgium. Subsequent manufacturing took place in Taiwan and some other country that slips my mind (Korea?). The Belgian made ones were in fact very good - - though there was a noticeable drop in quality with the later models. The latest re-releases (2007) are indeed garbage. Despite being advertised as meeting the specs of the original, the new Pro-Ones are in fact not even close. The statements made by Tennis Warehouse are misleading.
Shameful... Truly shameful... LOL...

it's so funny to know that Agassi hated those racquets. He used a Prince disguised as a Donnay. Anything to get their name out there.
