It's been proven many times; the US government controls 90% of the drug trade in America. They don't want competition. The prison industry is also in that profit pot. That's why it won't be legalized. It generates big profits.

I have smashed the chip but when I am going to use it, my card did not function anymore and I have to get new a new card. It seems we are not given any choice from banks anymore, I am thinking to cancel all my credit card and debit card and start to use cash instead. peace everyone

The crazy thing is... its 2009 and I rarely see a cards without a chips any more. Even my debit card has a chip now.
