I wouldn't say that, even some Narutopedia pages say that Karin has the same physical strengh as Sakura, and she has also been trained by Orochimaru, since she was able to beat up the prisoners who tried to sneak out or did not follow her rules. She also said that she will kill everyone who talks about Orochimarus death, and the prisoners feared her. And since the prisoners were used for experiments, I'm sure they had curse marks and stuff. I think that proofs that she IS strong.

Jugo said, if Karin would use her healing techniques twice, she would probably die, because it takes alot of chakra, and when Karin was with Sasuke, she had to focus on healing AND sensing, both of that took too much chakra, so she had to save her chakra for her healing techniques.. And after Danzou kicked her, she was unharmed, And she even survived the Amaterasu and Chidori and was alright when she arrived at Konoha. I still believe that Karin will suprise us soon.

1.The only time Karin fight she got defeatet with one kick even Konohamaru wich is a kid has shown more kombat skill then she did.
