it doesnt matter. teaching is not doing. you don't go to manny pacquiao to learn to box. you go to freddy roach, his trainer. he is excellent at teaching the patterns to others. better than any other on the internet.

I just learned this in 15 minutes or so. I'm probably going to be making a tutorial for it since this guy didn't explain it very well. Let me know if you'd like one. I find this is more similar to Burke's Barrage (a trick I have had trouble with because of the annoying pull-overs) than Mills' Mess and Rubenstein's.

This one actually looks FUN though, unlike Burke's Barrage.
